Hello, this is not the first time I have written in this forum, but this is the first time I have asked about something like this. A problem arose last year. I am 17 years old and I sweat a lot. I follow hygiene, I take a bath every day, I spray with deodorants, perfumes and in less than 15-20 minutes, I sweat a little and it starts to smell bad. I hear classmates complaining that they smell, making dull hints to me by opening the windows. But what to do as the problem is not in my hygiene. I go clean and perfumed to school, and when I arrive (walk) after 10 minutes I am super sweaty and the smell reappears. I also occasionally smell underneath, which I find very strange. I don't know what to do? Would someone more experienced share what I can buy or some advice to stop this nasty sweating.

First, you stop all kinds of deodorants. They clog pores and hence lymph problems. Unfortunately, if there was a Russian bath, it would be ideal to go to sweat hard, and then with ice water. But, there is no Russian bath, so a hot shower as much as possible, then cold water and again hot and again cold. To activate the skin and glands. You can take baking soda and rub the skin with it in the bathroom. You obviously have problems with your kidneys and urinary system. I know, go to the doctor, if not at least teas like bearberry, to support kidney function. The skin smells when either the kidneys are not working or an acidic environment of the skin is created, and various bacteria develop. If you eat a lot of sweets, it is also a condition to become a host of parasites on the skin. But cold five-second showers for a start will not be bad. And I say deodorants,
