The Bulgarian version of Diana is Diana - a very nice name. Honestly, I don't understand parents who give their children foreign-sounding names. In the United States they will not return it because its name is strange, but in our country in most cases they sound somehow out of place, especially the names that are completely foreign in sound. This is not the case with Diana, of course, but why is it necessary?

Diana sounds better to me. I don't understand the commentators, who hold the name so that it is typically Bulgarian, safe from patriots, who in most cases throw their garbage across the terrace. Naturally, some people go a little too far with their desire to be interesting and give foreign names to their children, which do not sound at all in place - for example Aya, Noah and the like ... I imagine the name Aya, combined with a typical Bulgarian family, Petrova for example, well it doesn't sound natural. This is not the case with Diana at all and the name would be successfully combined with the other typically Bulgarian ones.

I have some huge, if I may say "dislike" for exactly these two names. They sound too boring to me, heard thousands of times, and it's as if I hear Penka, Stanka, Draganka or Ivanka, honestly! I generally hate the Bulgarian language and traditions and I would choose a slightly more broken name, which is still heard in Bulgaria. I like them more, for example - Deyana. Dilyana. If I have to choose from yours definitely Daniela is better.
