Hello, First of all, I have always had problems with my nails since I was a child, at the age of 5-6 my nails even fell out during sleep, they always looked ugly and somehow wrinkled. All the doctors then told our people that he would be fine over the years. And so by the teen years they improved significantly and already looked ok, so at 15 I started doing manicures (gel + gel polish) and so on (now I'm 20). About 4 months ago I broke one of my nails very deeply and the manicures didn't want to varnish me, some brown spots appeared and we started with exoderyl, 3 weeks ago the UZH was almost gone and the same brown spots appeared on another nail. Separately, I have a small spot on the back of my head that itches, slightly reddened and looks like dandruff for several years smeared with various ointments (nothing helps), last time a doctor told me that it is psoriasis and we smeared it with psoriasis medications. However, last week I went to another doctor and he prescribed me new drugs to continue with for three months and one is for seborrheic dermatitis, not psoriasis (he told me it was). I don't understand why he didn't want to let me have tests, my relatives and I were expecting him. I don't know if it makes sense to wait three months, because there may be no improvement after all these drugs so far. Has anyone had a similar problem? What could be the reason and what research should I do to find out where the problem comes from? Eating habits and e.g. Can the shampoos / conditioners I use also harm in any way despite the medication? I ask because the doctor didn't answer me ... and I threw BGN 75 for medicines, only next month I will be able to afford to go to another doctor again, I never understood why everyone said differently. Thanks in advance to everyone who read!
