Hello! I very much ask the moderators to publish my topic! I am 19 years old. In February I had an operation for an inguinal hernia on the left, since then 6-7 times I notice that my left testicle is turning. Stands on X relative to the right, not as usual. I went to 2 urologists and explained the problem to them, but in both cases when I was examined the left testicle was fine and "stood" normally just like the other, they only told me that I have varicocele and it is not possible to have the problem for which I explain. The second urologist told me that it is possible for the testicle to move ... The other thing that happens is that when the testicle is inverted, the veins pass and are felt under and in front of it, and not as usual above and behind.
If we look at the picture, my testicle stands on the opposite side with the fallopian tube in front, not behind as in the picture. Please get advice on whether this is normal and whether it can cause me a problem in any way, because this summer I am planning to travel abroad and I am worried. Please for opinions! Are there others with a similar problem. What is the solution? Thank you very much in advance!
