My Problem Is My Stomach

Hello, I know that there are about 100 topics for weight loss and diets, I read almost all, but I can not find my answer. My problem is that I'm almost 15, summer is coming, sea, and I don't feel good in my skin at all. I like my legs, my arms are pretty good, but I just can't stand my belly .. I haven't eaten McDonald's, KFC, donuts and the like for 4 months, I've reduced the sweets to the maximum, I only eat on holidays 1, 2, I drink soda once a month for sure, I eat mostly salads .. Every night I do different types of sit-ups, when I have time I run to the stadium, climb the stairs, jump rope, but the effect is almost invisible .. I don't know what to do, do I do enough exercises .. Since yesterday I started taking pills to see if it will have an effect. So if you have any advice, some other exercise .. Please share it!
