Hello, I know that there are about 100 topics for weight loss and diets, I read almost all, but I can not find my answer. My problem is that I'm almost 15, summer is coming, sea, and I don't feel good in my skin at all. I like my legs, my arms are pretty good, but I just can't stand my belly .. I haven't eaten McDonald's, KFC, donuts and the like for 4 months, I've reduced the sweets to the maximum, I only eat on holidays 1, 2, I drink soda once a month for sure, I eat mostly salads .. Every night I do different types of sit-ups, when I have time I run to the stadium, climb the stairs, jump rope, but the effect is almost invisible .. I don't know what to do, do I do enough exercises .. Since yesterday I started taking pills to see if it will have an effect. So if you have any advice, some other exercise .. Please share it! Hello! I have done all sorts of diets and from personal experience I can tell you that it is most effective to STOP fast carbs and a LOT of exercise. This means not eating sweets and anything that has sugar in it, once a week you can. Eat slow carbs at lunch and dinner but not very large amounts - potatoes (only cooked) rice, whole grain bread. Forget about McDonald's soda and the like. Do not eat greasy and fried. Go to the gym if you have the opportunity or run outside for 30-40 minutes a day. Running removes belly fat with abdominal presses, you only shape the muscles under the fat. Still, I really hope you have a problem with your appearance and not that you're obsessed with anything. Eat enough do not stay hungry but mostly meat vegetables fruits milk fish and talk to your parents about it, still they buy and cook food.
