Have you had any recent updates from Windows? Sometimes they break the mouse and keyboard drivers. If you have the back of the receiver, try to see if you bring the mouse as close as possible to it, whether the psk will drag, if it does, then the problem is hardware or software on the computer. If it's hardware then you'll need to drag other things besides the mouse, slow loading, launching, starting, etc. If so, the advice is to bring your computer for diagnosis if you are not an authorized person. You may have hard drive problems or temperature problems. If you don't have anything else to try, find out where your plug-and-play mouse is installed and try to delete these drivers or download others from the manufacturer.
