   Dear child, you will soon stop wearing braces, and glasses even make women attractive - choose some thinner frames, something more modern. Yes, they are expensive, but at this age we women build our self-esteem. I had a nasty classmate who was constantly harassing me and undermining my self-esteem. Now I realize that she envied me because she had neither breasts nor a proportionate body like mine, but then it made me feel terrible because I was "fat." Yes, I was fuller than her, but now I'm looking at the pictures and I think that if it weren't for her, I probably wouldn't have almost reached anorexia in my student years. I was painfully weak then and I thought it was beautiful. Try to have a proportionate figure - ie not to have a big belly, to have a normal ass (not to be flat), nice skin and well-made eyes, not abundant, just emphasize your gaze with a little mascara for example). Eat wisely, do not overdo anything. And at the end of high school, you will turn from an ugly duckling into a beautiful swan. :) Beauty is something very subjective, but you will understand it when you grow up. I wish you good luck and happiness from now on. Life is ahead of you.

   Respond to the blow with a blow! No one is flawless or flawless, right! Make fun of them too! Find their weak spot and don't feel sorry for them, let them feel in your place! Don't give in to them!

It's also another way to beat them completely and ignore them completely calmly and laugh at their nonsense and when they ask you why you don't get angry to tell them that it's all yours and you don't take offense at people who don't are your friends or relatives. The mistake is in you. I was insulted before, but I showed them that it would not happen, I shouted, hit two boys, even though I am a girl, and now they are quiet and good.

   Do you know the story of the seven frogs? I will tell you briefly. There were seven frogs who decided to climb a peak. They went on their way, and other frogs gathered below to watch them. While the frogs were climbing, the others below were constantly shouting: "You won't be able to, give up, you will fall ..." and so little by little, frog after frog, all but one fell ... Therefore, dear Author, I know that it will be difficult for you, but stop paying attention to them. Now that you're angry with them, they like it and that's why they keep going. I advise you to just stop responding to them (if you do it of course)) and you will see how quickly you will become indifferent to them and they will find another vent! Keep your head up! :)

   You yourself do not approve, you fill your head with complexes, that's why others treat you the same way. A person who does not respect himself and others do not respect him. No matter what you look like, you need to have the confidence of a valuable person. Accept what nature has given you, everyone has a flaw, but not everyone is breaded by it. You are obviously attached to the taunts and that is why they are deepening. You have changed classmates and the ridicule continues, so the problem is in your head. As is your behavior, so is the attitude of others. Become more serious and sober, build your self-confidence and everything will fall into place.

   You bite them too. See what their weaknesses are and hit there. They take advantage of your patience and feel influenced. I will not advise you not to fall to their level, etc., it is clear that they are miserable, but you are not the 1st in such a hall, so - when they start again - cover them with their shortcomings;) Good luck! P. p. : The glasses and the splints are up to date, and you know that's not the problem. They attack you because they feel that you are attached to them and you start to doubt yourself. Do not! Develop, focus on the sport you started practicing, learn and have fun. And watch these things as little as possible to experience them. In no case do not allow this to affect your self-esteem. Why not share with your family? Sometimes you may think they won't understand you, but often they don't. Trust them more.
