Honestly, I would start raising scandals in your place. I get up early for school / university almost all my life, so I won't be able to sleep during the holidays. Black Sabbath

It's not very early 8-9-10 o'clock. What time do you go to bed? At 3 in the morning? that you get up at 10 o'clock?

Let me have an idea for you early. If he woke you up early, it would be around 5-6-7 o'clock. Otherwise, the woman doesn't do it badly, most elderly people are early awake, but really early risers and they just don't understand how we don't become like that by ourselves at 6. So for her 8-9 is eheeee late and late and she thinks that if you don't get up by that time, you'll be wasting your day. And it never occurs to her that then you can stay at the computer until 2 at night. It's annoying, but on the other hand it's not so bad to get used to getting up a little earlier, because that's where September 15th is, and if, as you're used to sleeping until 12, you suddenly have to get up at 6 ... well naughty work. So you better gradually adjust your biological clock. Those 3 weeks and something will pass pretty quickly.

Tell her it's terror on her part! After getting up early all winter, you need sleep, your body and psyche need it! Sleep is very important for any recovery, and just because she's used to getting up early, doesn't mean she has to torment you that way. Unless someone has specifically told them to wake him up, that person is allowed to fall asleep. I never wake anyone just because I decided it was "time to get up." I only wake someone if they have told me, or in case of an emergency ... Due to some misunderstood discipline, it deprives you of sleep, it is possible that it terrorizes you with some malice. Tell her explicitly to stop, or you'll give it back to her in some way (you know her, there must always be something to "threaten" her with (we're not talking about any kind of physical or serious threat, of course: D) just something you can give it back to if it continues. Also lock yourself in, buy earplugs so you can hear her less when she starts knocking on your door, and you'll probably refuse to bother her. Success! :)

To number 4 from number 8. It's his job to go to bed when there's nothing important to do during the day! He can go to bed at 6 if he wants to. Not to mention that a person sometimes suffers from insomnia ... and what else are you going to rush into his room to wake him up !? Many times I have not slept from menstrual cramps all night and when it comes in the morning and my stomach calms down and I fall asleep and sleep until about 11, often told No one I did not bother by taking the right dose of sleep. Now it is clear that the boy would not have my health problems: D but I imagine someone if he comes to wake me just when I fell asleep I will make a scandal! And there are various reasons why a person does not sleep at night. If there is no work during the day, I do not understand why someone would go to terrorize him in this way!

Number 5 from number 8 - if she wakes up early it's her job! Yes, older people need less sleep. That doesn't mean he has to wake him up. If the boy is asleep, then he needs it. Leave him alone. Hers is pure insolence, not any "goodness".

And my grandmother woke me up so much that otherwise she slept until 3 pm. We will start school soon and we have to have another regime, there is no other way.

The next time she goes to pick you up, you'll be jealous that you won't move from the bed if you don't fuck something. If she gets in bed to pick you up, you warned her ...

Keep her awake at night or lock up and sleep with corks. Adults generally need less sleep and teenagers cannot understand. Especially they have an increased need for sleep, all these hormonal processes are exhausting for the body. Pregnant women know what it's like to fall asleep right, it's the same with children. It's just that no one talks about it and we look at them as lazy.

She's bored, so she does it. If you are stunned early in the morning, it will be very difficult for you to escape somewhere, which is the perfect moment to talk to you. The solution, without scolding her (don't scold the elderly), is to pay more attention to her, in the other hours of the day, by praying, to let you sleep late. 10-20 minutes a day is enough. In 10-20 years, your grandmother will hardly be with you. Give her a little more attention, talk to her, and I guess you'll be able to sleep late.
