And when I don't do what he said, he starts screaming, punishing me and sometimes reaching out to me. I am afraid of him. For example, the other day I was 30 minutes late because I had to buy cardboard for a project and there was no other time to buy it. When I saw that I was half an hour late, I was very worried and even thought about not going home, but I knew it would get worse. I went home, but my father was not at home, and I calmed down. He came home almost after me. He asked me if I had something to tell him, I told him everything was fine. And he explained to me that he knew everything and that he had come out again on purpose and said that if this happened again, I would be sad. I apologized to him and went to my room to read a book. I was very surprised why he didn't start screaming. But the next day he was the same again. When I got home he said he would have to pay for yesterday. He grabbed me by the hair, took me to my room and told me to choose 10 things to take from me and never see them again. Of course, in the end he chose things. He took 6 things from my wardrobe, a tablet, a framed photo, and two souvenirs. I begged him to give them back to me, and he said that everything had consequences and that I would learn my lesson next time. Please give me advice on what to do, how to escape or I don't know anything. Just to get rid of it.

Share with the school psychologist. Where is your mother, why are you not with her, but with your father? Tell a grandparent / other relative to talk to him about his attitude towards you. It is not normal. I will follow your story, write how things develop.
