I am a boy of 13 almost 14 years old. This morning I had a little quarrel with my father ... the reason is that I don't do exercises. So I have a disease. k. and diabetes. I don't like to do exercises often. In general, I go out every day and go at least 3-4 times to distant places and then come back and so on. The problem is that he gets annoyed and angry when I'm on the computer a lot. Yes, I spend a lot of time on the computer, but that doesn't mean that I don't go out and walk during the day. There have been cases when he gets very angry and starts shouting at me 'I will disappear, etc.' but every time he and his mother quarrel, he tells me everything will be fine, no one will go anywhere. I still love him as a father, but he doesn't talk to me anymore. I'll see if we can fix it tomorrow.

Talk seriously with your parents and if this continues, consult a social worker or psychologist! They will tell you what to do. Do you have brothers or sisters? Let them do the same. Go together! Don't minimize the problem, because it will get worse. I have a worse family than yours. Good luck and don't give up!
