My Father Can't Stop Drinking

Hello! I am writing on this site because I no longer know who to turn to. As you can see from the title, my father has a problem. He can't give up alcohol. He comes home drunk every night, in the morning he and my mother wait for us to go out, he goes somewhere and in the evening he is drunk again. We can't boil him sober to talk to him. In the evening when he and his mother quarrel (this is every night) she tells him that he has a problem and that he should stop drinking, but he evades, says that there is no such thing and accuses my mother of setting me against him. She first tried to get him treated, but he refused, saying he was fine. We decided that he needed more serious help because he did not realize that there was a problem and my mother consulted a psychiatrist. She told her she needed to talk to my father in person, to meet with him, but he totally rejected the idea and told Mom, that she is abnormal and needs to be treated. Mom loves my father. She doesn't want to part with him. He just wants to realize that there is a problem and live a normal and peaceful life. My request is for the editors to publish my story, because I want to help my mother and I ask you if anyone has any idea what to do, please tell me, I will be very grateful !!!
