With Ctrl Alt Del you give it "exit" or "change user", then log in again with your account just by clicking on the icon and you're done. This is a Windows bug. I guess with the week.

Do you see folders that do not respond to the mouse or do you not see any folders? If they are not visible try CTRL ALT DEL and on Applications -> New Task type explorer.exe

If you have a sibling or friend who has recently been on your computer, they probably hid the icons from you. This is a pretty old trick. They take a picture of your desktop, put the photo as a background and hide the icons. If it's in English View-> Show desktop icons, if it's in Bulgarian, it should be something like a view-> Show desktop icons.
