Since I started swimming regularly - almost every day for about 1 km, my bust has deteriorated dramatically - lost weight and sagged. I am aware that when a person loses fat, he also loses weight, and even first he loses weight from there, but ... I notice that the fat around the abdomen and hips has hardly moved. Before I gained weight I had a different physique - bust cup E, thin waist, small belly, huge thighs, wide hips. I gained even more weight, so I got very fat. However, now that I am losing weight, my stomach hardly moves, and my breasts have become smaller than when I was thinner. Maybe I'm doing the wrong workout or ... I don't know what it is. My thighs have become weak, my belly bigger, my breasts have melted (now they are a handful and my bras are "knocking") - my structure has become different. How can I change this? I don't want to change sports because that's the only thing which I like. Where am I wrong?

Lift dumbbells to tighten the bust. Otherwise, when a person loses weight, he usually does it all over the body.
