I am a 16 year old girl. 1-2 months ago I started running, doing sit-ups, squats and all sorts of similar exercises for fun. During all this time, however, I did not realize at all that if I ate everything I could find, it would turn into muscle. I gained 2 kg and now I notice that there is a big change in the area of ​​the hips, thighs and legs. I'm short and I don't have long legs and with all these accumulated muscles I look stocky and round, and when I'm in a formal dress, my body doesn't look feminine. I know that losing muscle mass is one of the most difficult things, but if you can give me some advice on how to lose it, I will be very grateful! PS. Please, if you do not understand such things, do not write anything at all, because the situation will get worse.
