I have followed a diet, but because I am not financially good enough to buy meat, eggs, rice, cottage cheese every day, I will buy protein every month. I used to think to buy a table to climb, but during the holidays, beer, eating and drinking every day, and so I gained 70 kg. But I think I did something like dirty bulk. Now I just want relief. And since I'm medium short, I guess I'll split faster. Who knows..

I know, cottage cheese and rice are cheap, but they are not enough.

Relief is done with diet / cardio, ie calorie deficit, and as a consequence, reduction in the level of subcutaneous fat. You mentioned absolutely nothing about eating. However, it is the most important thing in this case
