Murat Gassiev is not without reason called the invincible and most titled boxer from Ossetia. The athlete is still young, but has already collected a lot of awards for victories in the WBC World Youth Championship, the European Championship and the IBF Intercontinental World Championship. He was fond of judo, football, wrestling, but when at 14, on the initiative of his older brother, he got into boxing training, he realized that he had found something to his liking. At the age of 17, Gassiev held his first professional fight in the ring of the Vladikavkaz hall "Crown". Murata was led to victories in boxing by coach Vitaly Slanov, whom the athlete considers the best teacher.
