Hello! Let's make a topic and all share what motivates us, what keeps us going all day to move forward .. to follow regimens, diets, exercise programs or just as a result everything has become a habit? how did you start and how do you continue to this day, what sustains you? Where did all the motivation come from and what difficulties do you go through on the way to a perfect body, good habits, sculpting your better self? I really hope everyone will write something and we will support each other!
