The musicians moved to the center of the British capital and, taking a break from the excitement of the first successes, began studio work. Using the newfound chance for self-realization, they became recognizable thanks to the compositions "Never An Easy Way" and "Tape Loop".

Allowing the audience to get used to the sound, the guys released a new disc. Album "Big Calm" was presented in 1998. He confirmed the skill of the artists and showed that they are capable of changing and rebuilding. On radio stations, the disc was recognized as the best album of the year. The record was sold in millions of copies, which confirmed that the group enjoyed the love of the audience.

The first tour began. Morcheeba performed at the legendary London Albert Hall and became one of the best live bands in Britain. The musicians had a hard time performing on the 1999 tour. They have exhausted their strength and inspiration. Returning to their homeland, the artists decided to make new changes.

The group stopped giving concerts for a while, and its members took a short leave to recover. The carousel of the booming show business proved to be a tough test for the trio.

After taking a break, Morcheeba returned to a grateful audience in 2000 with a daring and unexpected album "Fragments of Freedom". After giving concerts in support of the disc, the musicians resumed their hard work. This time, "Charango" saw the light, combining the trends of the 21st century and the usual melody.

The team won more and more loyal fans, going on tour in China, Australia and native England. In 2003, Morcheeba released a compilation of their favorite hits and added 2 new tracks.

During this period, the lead singer of the Sky group decided to develop in a solo direction and left the team, giving way to the new vocalist Daisy Marty. In collaboration with the singer, the album "The Antidote" was recorded, presented in 2005. Dynamic sound and cheerful songs were new to the band. On this, the Godfrey brothers completed their joint work with Marty. The tour took place with another vocalist.

The 6th album, "Dive Deep", released in 2008, was created with the participation of invited musicians and vocalists. Among the members of the group were Judy Zuki, Thomas Dibdal, singer Manda and rapper Cool Calm Pete. Already in 2010, the beloved Sky Edwards returned to the band, and the disc "Blood Like Lemonade" was recorded with her participation. It reminded of the time when the group was just beginning its path, and of the traditions that inspired the founders.

In 2013, the musicians released the album "Head Up High" and said goodbye to Paul Godfrey, who began an independent career. Sky Edwards and Ross Godfrey continued their collaboration.

The discography of the musical ensemble went down in the history of modern blues and jazz, since the sound of the compositions remains invariably high-quality and harmonious. Released in 2012, the album "Blaze Away" was presented to the public by the duo Morcheeba. Today Skye and Ross continue to work together, performing at the concert venues of clubs and themed festivals.

The hits of the band "Otherwise", "Gimme your love", "Enjoy the ride" are still broadcast on various radio stations in Europe, America and Russia.
