I ask moderators to approve my story, it's really important. Every year we travel somewhere by car and it takes us at least a day (not to mention the annoying traffic and ferries) and we thought about flying, but my mother says she can't travel because she has heart problems. I don't know what it has to do with anything, but she really panics a lot at times and she'll probably freak out if she's on a plane. Do you have any ideas what to do I'm not saying it's mandatory to take a plane, but it would be super convenient. Are there any medications, therapies or don't know? What do you think about Bach's flowers?

Aircraft phobia is a common problem. There are sedatives that are taken before the flight, but with a prescription. Your mother should be aware that cars are much more dangerous than airplanes, car accidents happen every day, while airplanes less than once a year around the world.
