   It doesn't hurt, nothing is felt because of the anesthesia. The only pain is the stinging when they inject it, but you will hardly have a problem. I don't know about the risks. I read that other methods are more likely to cause problems, so I opted for surgical removal. You've probably heard that bemki shouldn't be removed.
