I notice that for years I have completely stopped walking in nature, I don't even walk in parks, and it's not like I don't have time. Years ago there were football fields next to us, and now it is overgrown with weeds. Do you think that today's man has a broken connection with nature? Is it possible that this is why there are so many panic attacks, depressions, allergies and the like, because according to studies, people who live in the countryside or in the mountains rarely suffer from such things? I thought that the only period in which I overcame stress, panic attacks and depression was the one in which I returned to work through Boris's Garden, and in the part where it is like a forest, at the Park Hotel Moscow. I don't know, as if there's something invigorating being among so much greenery and trees, even in the middle of the city. And probably in the middle of the mountain it is even more noticeable and the air is even cleaner. Do trees affect us on any more intimate level I wonder? I know that the more time I spend in the city without visiting parks, gardens, mountains and even the countryside, the more stressed and depressed I am, as if the connection to the land is lost. That's why the people in the village seem to be happier, they are so ruddy, not with flabby skin like most of the city people. There are those who go regularly to the mountains, to the levels of the village, etc., but I have the feeling that it is becoming rarer, nature is not "fashion", it is fashionable to go to a disco, which is again an enclosed space. And there is something so refreshing in nature. Since I stopped going out, I have developed a lot of diseases - allergies, autoimmune diseases, and as a child I ran in fields and forests and did not have any such problems. that the more time I spend in the city without visiting parks, gardens, mountains, and even the countryside, the more stressed and depressed I am, as if the connection to the land is lost. Hello, a very interesting topic in my opinion! I strongly believe that the human-nature relationship has been severed these days, unfortunately. People are in a vicious circle of repetitive actions, they do what society expects them to do - work. Then, if they have families, they are expected to take care of children, cook, etc. Abe homework. And so, in my opinion, there is almost no time left to even think about where nature remains. I am now a student, but before in high school we had to choose an additional module for sports and I always chose tourism. I really liked it! Every time in different places, the hikes were very pleasant, we took things to eat, and we even had a barbecue ... eh, those were good times! Since then, they have arranged my walks in the woods a lot, and I love it very much. I am now studying abroad, in a big European capital and I've heard of nice places outside the city. Unfortunately, it takes a long time, but I plan to spend some time with it. Otherwise, there are many parks and when the weather is nice I love to walk in them. Until recently, I didn't have plants in my room because I was worried that they would die when I was gone for a long time and there was no one to water them. Yes, but a friend gave me a flower a few months ago, it's in a pot and when it bloomed I was so happy that I decided to buy more. Now I have daffodils, tulips and hyacinths. I really like taking care of them. In addition to the plants, I want to mention my favorite spring song - that of the titmouse or uncle as we call it in our latitudes. I have the pleasure of singing to me every day - it reminds me of my childhood, when I enjoyed it as much as I do now. Sometimes I stay out longer just, to listen to him a little longer. The larks also sing very pleasantly. Even if I'm in town, I always listen to the chirping of birds and try to be in parks more often. And to your question about diseases - yes, I think that if people spent more time in nature, they would be healthier. There is no way this is not the case, because the human-nature relationship is vital in my opinion. I flinched a little at this comment, but they enjoyed writing about it.
