We constantly hear that we get calcium with our milk, that if we don't drink milk our bones will become brittle and that our osteoporosis is tied in a towel. The truth is that these are all things invented by the marketing campaign of dairy farmers and that in fact milk is extremely harmful to humans. 1. No mammal on this planet has gone to suckle from another mammal. Only man. Yes, that's exactly what we do - we suckle the cow, the goat, the sheep. This is a great perversion - and so we have subjugated them to our eating habits that we have turned them into milk fountains. 2. Mother Nature has so programmed man that up to 3 years of age he can suckle from his mother's breast. By this age, our body produces the enzyme lactase, which breaks down the milk sugar lactose. Then our body stops producing it. You will say what of it. Here's what - undigested lactose and the acidic environment created by milk in our gut stimulate the development of bacteria in the gut, release a lot of toxins that spread in all systems and stimulate the development of cancer cells. Well, if that's not scary! 3. Milk, whether human or cow's, is designed to increase the size of the baby several times in a very short time. The baby increases its size several times in 1 year (on average from 3 to 12 kg) thanks to breast milk. It is the same with other animals. Cow's milk, for example, is designed to turn a 40 kg calf into a 600 kg cow in 2 years. It seems to get bigger from the milk. 4. Milk and dairy products are associated with a number of diseases, including acne, anemia, arthritis, headaches, heartburn, indigestion, osteoporosis, joint pain, thorns, allergies, overweight, decreased immunity, heart disease, diabetes, cancer of the breast and ovaries, prostate cancer. 5. Milk is mostly harmful because of the way the animals are raised and processed after milking: * when raising cows, high doses of antibiotics are given to keep them from getting sick, they are injected with hormones to give more milk (normally to give about 5 liters per day, and up to 50 with excipients), with food they absorb high doses of pesticides, herbicides, which are released into the milk and we take them. With milk we take the same doses of antibiotics, steroids, hormones, pesticides, stress and fear, as we would eat if we ate meat. There is not much difference - the result is the same - disease. * after milking the milk is subjected to a long and multi-stage treatment, after which treatment, even if there is something useful in this milk, it does not survive. After pasteurization, homogenization, irradiation, in order to add vitamin D and A, all enzymes are destroyed, calcium becomes even more difficult to digest (not to mention that at home we boil it repeatedly, add it to cakes, soups, continue to we process it thermally and with each such invasion the milk becomes an increasingly carcinogenic product). The vitamins that are added to it do not interfere with the absorption of the body. It has been proven that only vitamins in their natural form are absorbed, ie from fruits and vegetables. Those in the form of pills or added to food, such as milk, muesli, cereals, syrups, yogurt, etc., are not digested at all and even worse - aggravate the work of our liver. It's all a marketing ploy by some very large companies in the food industry that skillfully manipulate us. 6. The myth of osteoporosis - the biggest nonsense that can be done by a person suffering from osteoporosis is to increase the consumption of dairy products. High protein content in milk has been shown to absorb calcium from bones. There are peoples and tribes who do not consume animal products at all. And guess what - they haven't heard of osteoporosis. If you respect yourself and are at risk of osteoporosis, just stop consuming animals and milk. Which is more important - your health or to satisfy your gut-eating habits? !! 7. Milk is not a source of minerals. This, which we are supposed to get from it as calcium, manganese, chlorine, magnesium, selenium, we would get much better from fruits, vegetables, nuts, cereals and legumes. A varied diet, such as raw food, provides our body with absolutely everything we need in a much better condition. Our body easily and quickly breaks down and absorbs the living food we offer it. 8. Dairy products, like meat, are responsible for obesity, bloating, bad breath and disease. They are highly concentrated food, devoid of enzymes, which the body processes slowly and painfully. Therefore, usually after eating, we fall asleep and find it difficult to continue working. 9. There are great tasty and useful substitutes for milk - a variety of nut milks. All you need is a nice blender. Soak nuts of your choice (almonds, cashews) in water for 1 day. Put 2-3 times more water in the blender and start stirring for a few minutes until a homogeneous liquid is obtained. Season with honey, cinnamon, cocoa as you like. And if you add 1 banana, for example, it becomes a great fruit milk.
