Hello, I want to share my experience with you and ask you for advice or just to express your opinion. I would be very happy if more people who underwent this procedure could tell us about their results. My situation is as follows. I am 18 years old, but still as a child I led an extremely unhealthy lifestyle. I have never been at home, I have had and still have high physical activity, the problem for me has always been food. A year ago I was in the initial stage of an eating disorder (I will not go into detailed, what, what, how) but I came to overcome this problem. Nevertheless, the high criticism of my body and appearance is still a part of me. I am aware of the fact that I can achieve anything if I start eating a healthy diet, but it never works out, despite my daily attempts. I don't know what I lack to change my lifestyle, and yet, today he is not so unhealthy. I am 168 tall, I weigh 54 kilograms, which is completely normal, what worries me is all the subcutaneous fat formed over the years. I've tried everything, daily workouts, fat burning creams, excluding sweets and pastries and thousands of other deprivations and efforts, but to no avail. So I decided to consult a specialist about a laser procedure, but I was told that the laser in question was not suitable for my case, as it has radiation and can harm my body. But on the other hand, they offered me the mesotherapy in question. I knew that the procedure involved multiple needle calls to the problem area, accompanied by the insertion of a special elixir, which breaks down subcutaneous fat. I turned around, decided that I had nothing to lose and resorted to this in a modern way. Almost a month later, after 1 procedure, there is no effect. This definitely disappoints me, because as I already mentioned, the body is important to me and I really want to achieve a positive result in one way or another. Recently I was in the clinic again, I was told that it should take 1 month and then we will think about repeating the procedure. I will informatively share with you my way of eating. I do not eat any chips, beans, etc. I avoid fried, but at 1-2 months I happen to eat something. I have a problem with sweets, especially during exams, and I don't use pasta in general. My question to you is, have you undergone this procedure and after how long did you notice an effect and did you notice it at all I am aware that each organism is strictly individual and accepts these therapies in a very different way and I will still be happy to share your experience or advise me! Please, without insulting comments, you can spare me the theories about how I am still young and should not undergo such procedures or how I should accept myself as I am. I believe that a young person should look good and support himself as much as his abilities allow. PP I am seriously interested in a healthy lifestyle, but as I said, I lack willpower and motivation. I believe that soon I will gather strength to impose this change in my life, but at this stage I have no choice but to try again and again ... Thank you for your time!

You look great at this height and weight. Love yourself and like yourself the way you are. Eat everything, but in small quantities. Pour everything into a small plate. And play sports. In your case, I think it's good to go to the gym. Gradually, what you don't like will become a muscle. I just want to tell you that it is normal for a woman's body to have a percentage of fat. They are necessary for the time when you will have a child. So don't deal with fats that are normal. Ptidi to a psychologist because you have a psychological problem. And let me tell you, I lost weight with chocolate. And it had an effect.
