Hello :) In a few days I will go to the pool with friends, and today I came. I'm 16, a virgin. I'm afraid to put on a tampon and I won't. Will there be any problem if I have a bandage and shorts on my swimsuit? Will I be able to enter the water if I change my bandage after each exit? Will there be any heinous consequences such as a dislocated bandage, etc.? It's just that if someone could describe to me what he does when he goes to the beach and is in a cycle, it hasn't happened to me so far. Thanks in advance :)

Under no circumstances can you enter the pool with sanitary napkins! You will be totally exposed, because in the best case the bandage itself will fall apart - filth! Go to the pharmacy, there are special tampons that are for the pool. If not - take the normal "mini" pads and change them (very important) after each entry into the water. Virginity does not prevent you from using tampons. At 16, you are no longer 12, tighten up and look for information, consult with other girls.
