Honey, years ago I was like you, and I didn't go out to the grocery store without heels, make-up and a skirt, but when you have to balance all day at 15 cm of heel, at one point it becomes hellishly uncomfortable and your ankle pains start one day, shame on you, I got off my heels, but I didn't like a formal skirt with flat shoes either, and I replaced the skirt with more practical clothes like pants and jeans. Only my make-up is the same, but I just can't physically last 10 or more hours with heels. Otherwise, I still have a lot of such shoes and I adore them, but I only wear them on occasion, and when I have to travel by public transport or drive (well, I can't drive with thin heels, I'm sorry) I have ballerinas. It may not be super feminine, but at least my ankles don't hurt in the evening. And no, I don't think jeans are just for kids, there are so clean models with not very low waists that look great on women, not just little girls. Just when I buy jeans I make sure they are not with stones, chains, torn or with an insanely low waist and when I put on a jacket or a suitable shirt, they become perfect for the office. Both comfortable and practical, they look good with ballerinas. I don't know how old you are, but as you get a little older, you'll see that comfort is much more important than what people think. Honestly, I already have enough work experience to know that it is much more important how I will do my job than whether I am wearing a skirt and heels or pants and ballerinas. Appearance is important, but you can look neat without wearing super narrow and high shoes with thin heels, nor is it mandatory to be with a skirt when it is -15 outside. which look great on women too, not just little girls. I don't wear suits and I don't think others wear them either because they are not very comfortable. On the one hand, they are for colder weather, but they have too much uncovered space in front, which creates conditions for the body to cool more and the other to be warmer. They play a role like jackets, but the jackets are more adapted to specific climatic conditions. For the same reason, I use T-shirts instead of tank tops. Otherwise, I agree that it's nice to dress in style, but it's good to combine with comfort.
