Are there competitive exams, are grades taken from the diploma, are there scores, quotas, etc., and if so, what are they made of Why students complain about the lack of places and on average how long it takes to start specializing. Is this expected to change in the future? I know that there is a lot of time until my specialization and a lot can change, but there is nothing wrong with having one thing in mind. Hi, I'm not very familiar, but my friend is a second year specialist at a district hospital, but in the countryside. It is definitely difficult for the big hospitals and desired specialties, but in the smaller hospitals things do not happen with fuss, but with documents. He chose this hospital because the ward in which he works is at a very good material level, and the doctor is an extremely good teacher and specialist. And these same people "invest" in lotto and deposits, thinking, that the stock market is real gambling. After 30 years of work, they receive miserable pensions designed specifically to kill them faster. And according to them, it was only now, at my first job, that I had to begin to understand what finance is? !! Naturally, they also told me not to start work at the age of 18, because "you can't do it". And are such people expected to listen ?? If they were worried about my mental health, they would have taken a different approach. It is precisely "you will not succeed" that lowers the whole motivation of this backward society, which is closed in cyclical pessimism, not rationality, as most people think.
