Such success pushed her to study dancing and singing even more diligently, at one time she even planned to enter the choreography department, but later changed her mind.

In 2001 I went to the competition again, this time "Young Voices", and again took the 1st place. So she decided to study music professionally, having received a certificate, moved to Makhachkala and entered the music department of a pedagogical university. True, a year later she transferred to the Faculty of Psychology, but did not quit her music lessons.

Over time, music became an integral part of Aliyeva's biography. In 2003, the girl participated in the "Deneb - New Star" competition. Although Marina devoted a lot of time to vocals, she did not quit dancing.

In 2005, she went to the Russian capital for the next competition "Star of the Dance Floor" and, not without difficulty reaching the final, took 2nd place. And soon there was a serious shift in the singing career of the artist, she decides to record the track "Dancing under the Moon" and shoots a video for it. It was a pop song.

Already at the beginning of her career, Alieva experimented with genres, and the second song had the direction of R'n'B, it was the composition "Sorry". Another popular artist in Dagestan, Timur Uvarov, saw the girl's efforts and talent, decided to support her and recorded several joint tracks with her - "I can't live like this", "Let me know" and "On the dance floor".

Not having enough experience and funds to hire assistants, Aliyev takes a creative break for a while. The girl stopped releasing songs, but with the help of numerous friends she returned to the stage. The track "I'm leaving" became a real hit and gave Marina a new wave of success.

Then she sang the song "Favorite" in the Lezgi language, and then - "The One". Gradually, in small steps, she conquered the musical Olympus, her work began to be admired far beyond the borders of her native state. Many new songs appeared in the artist's discography, solo and recorded together with other performers: “Where are you” (with Aslan Huseynov), “Steal” (with Sultan), “About you” (with Telman) and others.

Despite the large list of tracks, Marina was in no hurry to release her own album, the artist's debut disc "Give Love" was released only in 2016, before that her compositions could only be seen as part of various collections. And later the singles "My Destiny", "These Questions" and "Into the Sky" appeared on the Web.

Marina never hid her personal life from her fans, so everyone knows that the artist's first husband was Ruslan Velibekov (music editor of the Priboy radio station), the girl's page on Instagram literally dazzled with their joint photos. But soon after the birth of their first child, they announced a divorce, which was a great surprise for the fans, because the couple looked happy in the pictures.
