The Story

Hello! I'm an 18-year-old girl. I used to be overweight and I felt terrible. With a lot of effort I managed to lose weight and now all my acquaintances do not stop asking me how I have changed so much (from 88 kg. I am now about 55). The problem is that everyone sees me as perfect and I don't. My only problem is with my abdomen, more precisely the lower part, under the navel. There my skin sags when I'm in a sitting position it gathers, otherwise otherwise when I'm standing or I'm wearing clothes it doesn't show. Can you recommend me really effective exercises to clean my stomach? I will be happy to read your comments!
