I want to ask if low estradiol levels can cause weight gain ? I know this can happen with low estrogen levels, but for me only estradiol is low .. I'm still on contraceptives because of the imbalance, but I'm in October for tests and I'll see if estradiol is still low .. I'm very confused because some tell me I can gain weight, others don't.

Estradiol is a type of estrogen. You probably have thyroid hormone problems once your weight changes.
