Hello! I have a lot of pain in my lower back. I can't afford to go to the doctor because I don't have insurance and I have to pay a lot. Is there any way to drown, or just not feel this pain, I'm not talking about treatment, but about the use of some kind of chemistry / drug? This pain bothers me a lot, I do hard physical work and I can't afford to be in pain because it stops me.

I do not advise you, because the problem will remain and will get worse over time. If there is no option to go to the doctor, you can try yoga exercises. They stretch and have a good effect on back problems. The other thing I can advise you is to lift something heavy or bend at all, to do it from your knees (as if you are sitting) and be careful that your knees do not pass in front of your toes. That way you won't burden the waist. However, think about some option to visit a doctor, because if you leave it like this, it can cost you the opportunity to work at all.
