I don't know what I could write to a person who's been paralyzed for more than 20 years. whoever has gone through it could say something really meaningful. But on the other hand, I will still try, because once you post a topic, then you want to get some feedback from some people ... So I think you are a really strong person after so long you still have a desire for anything. either, even if you post a topic on this site - I probably wouldn't do that in your place, and I would certainly have given up my life without losing my loved ones. I also have no experience (yet) with the grief of a very close person, so I can't say anything useful here either, but indeed this is forthcoming to almost every man at some point in his life. Apart from telling you not to give up, which sounds ridiculous coming out of a person like me, you can find various things on the Internet to immerse yourself in ... to read some books or just watch some videos. Or why not try to write for yourself - about your experience during all these years, about your feelings, your experiences ... it can become a really interesting book; or to learn a foreign language. In general, when you think about it, the Internet is a mega blessing, especially for a person who for some reason is not able to move. I'm sorry about what happened to you. Losing your parents is a normal part of life. Unfortunately, for some people, this happens earlier, as it does for me. Be thankful that you have a niece who takes care of you. You have to find meaning for yourself in something. Even if you are physically limited, use the internet to communicate and make new friends. You can also find a hobby, such as creating something. Do not isolate yourself from the world and do not let grief ruin you. Everything passes - both bad and good. And for you the sun will rise again, just look at life more positively.
