Losing Weight The Easy Way?

Hello friends! I have been tormented by a question for some time. I wonder how to lose weight in an easy way that does not require much starvation and a lot of sports. I'm not very full, but I'm a little overweight and I want to tighten up. The most problematic area for me is the hips and thighs. My friend says I'm so great, but I want to lose weight for myself to feel better (and yet summer is coming in a few months) I will be very grateful if you tell me a trick for fattening :) Iv
