Look now author, each person decides for himself where he is good. Those people who work in England, as waiters, builders and cleaners (in which there is nothing wrong), in Bulgaria will not become directors, they will still be workers. No one has gone abroad for good. Who wants to leave friends, relatives and family to spend in England, Germany or Spain. Besides, no matter how much you don't believe it, most of the people here work for 500 leva a month, or less. If you have to pay with this income and accommodation, it becomes very difficult. Then the "rags", McDonald's and the like are an unattainable luxury. Not all Bulgarians abroad live like cattle. There are a lot of people who work normally and have settled down well. Let everyone decide where they feel best. Nowhere is it easy, neither in Bulgaria nor in England,

Author, thank you for what you have written. There is a lot of truth and in all the mentioned relations I agree, except for Bulgaria. Many professions in Bulgaria do not find ground and therefore many move away from there. It is very naughty that people are between choosing Sofia or abroad. Both here in England and in Sofia, a large percentage of people live in accommodation. After all, half of the sofas are not from Sofia. I was a student in Bulgaria - but I did not like education. I also didn't like the fact that my specialty was not in demand on the market. I also did not like the fact that my diploma, although recognized abroad, will be a second commodity. I spent 2 years as a student and took advantage of going to work and travel in the USA. I saw things that I would hardly have seen other times, but I sacrificed 2 years of my life for nothing. I hope everything goes well and September is a student here in the UK, as long as I get a loan. On the spot, I am currently trying life here and encountering the difficulties that many people have gone through. People like me want to get an education - especially abroad, the best is a local qualification from the country where you live. Let's not forget that the word 'success' in everyone's mind is different according to the goals they set. As you say, there are also the complexes where they live to eat, pretend to understand and explain how nice it is here and live like cattle and as you say, go to the shops and buy discounted goods that were fashionable last year. I think it takes people years to get back on their feet. Everything happens with desire, deprivation and time. Alas, as you say, there are many who achieve nothing. Don't be nervous about them, look after yourself. Anyone who grinds it will itch. Either you quickly get used to life here or you don't. Some people are bad in Bulgaria, they are bad here too. Others break through because doors open to them that they were not before. It depends a lot on where you are and who you meet. (This is already on the one hand to luck). I think that here, as in Bulgaria, there is a connection. I know it's hard for you, I'm sure of it and you're upset right now because you've followed the right steps to success - education, experience and now what you want is a job. Although there is competition in London, believe me and it will work! I'm sure you'll find a job. Sometimes I may want everything to be sorted out quickly, but I can't. If you can get somewhere, even if the pay is not the highest, it will give you experience. Who knows, in the future you may meet people or find an even better job. Many people resort to recruitment agencies - they swallow money from you, but then at least you have a chance to sign a contract with a particular company. Remember you're in London. You have people from all over the world around you. Your environment does not have to be specifically Bulgarian. There are Poles, Lithuanians and whatever you can think of who do not have the cool culture of the English. And even if you are disappointed with a particular person from a certain nation, let us not forget that each person is an individual and an entire nation should not be judged by him, as we do not like to be stereotyped. I'm sure you can make friends and build something. It just takes time. Not to mention that you can pull your family with you eventually. It is not said that you must be in London. You can try other places. London is not Britain. I think that here in the UK the best places to work are where there is a mixed population. Alas, in both cases you can be pissed. On the one hand, if you are among the British, you may be discriminated against and find it difficult to find a job, not to mention development, on the other hand, if you are among Pakistanis, Indians and anyone with brown skin, you may be discriminated against again because of that you are white because they behave and support each other as minorities. You didn't insult me personally with anything. I think you have an extremely broad worldview. However, as I said, what I do not agree with is Bulgaria and the hope you have for it, as well as many other people. Europe (the white race) is dying. There is a negative population growth in every country except Albania and Turkey. That's why the doors are open for aliens so that there is someone to run the economies. Bulgaria as a system will disappear and get worse. There is no point in wasting my youth as a country or rather (Sofia), considered a city with more opportunities and where it is "half-blooming" and it will soon wither. I wrote it in another topic - I accept man as a man and do not divide people into ethnic groups, nations, etc. The earth is for everyone and we are its inhabitants. It is man who imposes boundaries and determines whose land belongs to whom. I would live and enjoy life as I want and can. Either way, everyone gets to ashes one day. I don't expect everyone to understand me. So author, I wish you a lot of success, whatever you decide to do with your life! Every life lives and decides how to live it. Some always benefit more than others. I'm squeezing my thumbs to succeed, because I am one of the people who have ambitions, but sometimes it still depends on where you are and which people you meet and on whom it depends whether you will climb the bar. Rely only on yourself to tell someone else. Sometimes luck also plays a role, if you understand what is written above. I wish you success and a good life! May your dreams and ambitions come true the way you want!

You're just wrong, but nothing. Bulgaria is getting worse every day due to the demographic crisis mainly and this will continue. Every 2nd person here already has an online store and sells goods from Aliexpress and the like. With a declining population, business will deteriorate. If it weren't for the gypsies, who buy almost nothing but food anyway, we would be falling even faster now ... There is no way it could get better in Bulgaria, except in Sofia, maybe, because only here is it increasing population or at least stays at one level. About England: I can't understand why everyone calls strawberry pickers, as this is really a disgusting job and it's quite rare to work just like that. Rather, something else is being done on farms and nurseries. There are far fewer incidents in England. And their murders are less and the catastrophes. See their statistics - accidents as a percentage are even less than with us. There are no gypsies in the villages to rob and kill with impunity. The fact that you don't have enough 6, 5 pounds per hour is your problem. If you don't have enough money there, nothing will be enough for you, unless you push yourself into a government procurement company that steals a lot. About 60-70 pounds a week is a workers' lodge, it's about as much self-contained but it's quite small. That £ 70 also includes costs. I lived and worked in England for about 10 months and those were the 10 best months of my life for sure. Car, I eat what I want, I go to various marathons, great parks and sports clubs, cinemas, libraries almost everywhere, carburets and whatever else you can think of. My job was as a general worker, as I have worked here since 7th grade. I'm 23 now, I have 2 years left to get a college degree, which in Bulgaria is focused mainly on government work and almost no realization in the private sector. Salaries are BGN 360 starting, about 600 if you manage to settle in a higher position. Besides, there is almost no work with him in Sofia, where I am from, and I don't feel like going around the countryside. If I take it, I'll probably just sew it to a frame and go abroad - maybe England, maybe another country. Another thing I want to emphasize is the banking system in England. It's free for the most part for heaven. But I was also very impressed by the fact that everything there is written easily and understandably, mainly maybe because the economic terms are of English origin for the most part and it is very easy to work with the bank, not like where your contract is sketched with a whole textbook of terminology. Still, I wish you success here. If I could, I would stay, but unfortunately I lied that the higher is of some use in Bulgaria. There is no way to work in 2 places, to pass exams and finally to understand the profession you are studying for. And looking at the methods of teaching and learning simple things is difficult without work. I just don't see what a whole discipline to study for, but in practice to use 1 form to fill in, which a person can fill in without going through all this nonsense and having studied the writings of 1000 people ...

Well, go back to your pensions in Bulgaria and leave the really successful young people with qualities, ambitions and excellent education in England. In England, the level is completely different - everyone is educated, young people do not drink or take drugs as in the Balkans. There are no football fights because everyone respects their personal freedom. In Bulgaria, the few remaining young people are looking to beat each other. There is respect for different ethnicities and religions in England. There is hatred between Bulgarians and gypsies in Bulgaria. In England, everyone works and young people start working from 14-15 years old and try to be independent until 18. In BG up to 30-40 people live with mom and dad. Let's keep our opinion to ourselves and let the successful people with real ideas about the World live in Great Britain (it is no coincidence that it is GREAT) !!! She's great because she ruled the world and now we all speak English, don't we? We do not speak Bulgarian, therefore Bulgaria does not happen, and England does.

I read the whole story, it was very interesting to me. I also want to go to England and live there, so I want to ask the author a few questions: 1. If a person goes there with a university degree and finds a job in the specialty, will the money be enough for him to rent a house and to live inside alone? 2. Why are you lonely? Try to make friends with some Englishmen. If you try to make friends, will they refuse you? Are they really very arrogant? Do they hate foreigners?

Something I did not understand, I live and work (temporarily, until the fall) as a cleaner in England, and in a relatively expensive city, but I have money for everything, including saving. I live alone in a house and do not share it with anyone. The work is also not too strenuous. Even if I worked permanently for this job, I would still be better than any other job in Bulgaria, not only because of the salary, but also because of the attitude of other people towards you.

I have not been to England. I have been to many places around the world, but never as a general worker, but as a highly qualified specialist with a task. I fully support the author! What misery I have seen (but not experienced) especially in African countries - your imagination is poor. Only after 2-3 weeks there Bulgaria starts to seem in the top 10 of the world ranking. Many relatives, friends, colleagues left Bulgaria some time ago. None of them returned by private plane. The greatest achievements are in the order of a professor in a permanent position (the latter is very important!) In a Western university or a senior manager in a regional office of IBM or HP. In a sense - again, the people who have something in their head succeeded and went up and down with a vision of what they will do outside, with some pre-arranged positions, etc. Strawberry pickers and dishwashers don't ask at all how they live, what additional scams and deceptions they deal with, how many jobs they have changed, and some have soaked in the heat ... Author, come on, soul! To this nation? we need fresh blood, our blood. Let the braziers and the many-knowers go there and smash their already empty heads. You went, you saw, you certainly learned and you got rich with many things - at least with invaluable life experience and expanding your worldview. Come, find a husband and a job that satisfies you, give birth and raise your children here. Phahahaha - let's start the essays on success, money, how BG was just nasty and rotten ... Especially from people like Number 7. The children did not come out of the wild village of Sofia, but Greater England knows it better than the 5 your finger fucking cool hand dude. People, please don't be naive. Everything is based on personal observations. Either they call you and they pull from there, or there is no other way. It is difficult for YOU to go and wait for something to happen to you. So far I have not heard of anyone going and finding a narrowly specialized job / highly qualified ... everyone who goes abroad is usually a commoner, sweeper, washer, waiter, bartender and all the worst, but failed and rich. Well, you can find a job for 3000-4000-5000 pounds a month, but you will not get rich and become like these idlers in the movies. The truth is that in these "developed" countries, humanity has long since disappeared and are far more criminal than Bulgaria. As for corruption, I only agree that we may be one of the leaders in the world and so many corrupt police officers, prosecutors, judges and the state are nowhere to be found! I don't know you, cleaner - Number 11, how you rented a house with your salary, you don't lose anything and in the end you have money to save, but I sincerely wish you to be alive and healthy! Really! Because without health, every penny becomes meaningless. I am currently studying and working. I dare say for myself that even at BGN 500. in Bulgaria I am satisfied and I have money that satisfies me. I have enough to save. THEY ARE NOTHING, but I like them. I don't drink, I don't smoke and I have expenses only for public transport, a phone bill and from time to time for food (I mostly do it at home) and they still leave me a few hundred leva a month. Then it could not be - CAN! For the future, if life becomes circumstances, to be with such a salary - to be healthy. Who will want me. The important thing is that I do what I love to do. It hurts me that somewhere someone had taken 5,000 pounds - to be happy and to be alive and well! Greetings, Uzunov, 23 years old.

From author to # 7 Reading your comment and wondering if this is an irony or do we live in a different England? I hope you're kidding, because otherwise you obviously live in a city of 100 people! Were they brought up and didn't drink? Every Thursday, my colleagues at the internship company couldn't wait to go to the pub and get drunk like pigs. They barely made it to work on Friday! I have seen at least 6-7 people vomit on the streets, 2-3 almost fall in front of the train drunk and the culmination is a girl fell in front of a restaurant on a weekday at 10 pm, with her skirt raised to her waist, on her stomach and next to her two policemen trying to wake her up !!! Aunts of 50-60 drunk and rushing boys like crazy in the subway! This is an amazing upbringing! And keep in mind that I don't go out much! Their kids on the subway kick people out of their strollers, nothing that they are big enough to fasten themselves! They shout and cry to impiety, they lie in the streets stubbornly! And how impure they are as a nation, I will not say! Second, they had tolerance for nations and religions! HA-HA-HA! They have tolerance because they have no choice, and because there are many other nations here, especially in London! If they are so nice and nice, why did they order us so much and plow, some politicians built their entire campaigns on how they will oppress us! They are very tolerant, that's why two people were fighting here in the subway that day! Independent ??? Don't make me laugh, they just don't care about them and they drive them away, but not at 14-15, but at 18! Because my dear, here until 18 you are only entitled to 12 hours of work per week, and then if you are at university at 20 per week! I wonder how they manage to support themselves or maybe the table does not go to university? The truth is, that many of them give birth at 17-18 by someone and live in municipal housing! Is this the much they have achieved? Do you know that in Europe Bulgaria is # 1 in the factor of owning a home! Read an online article from 2013! And here they have nothing, because even mom and dad do not own their home! I sincerely hope you succeeded, not just talk! I will be happy for you and I will not keep my opinion, because I do not lie, I give facts, things that I have seen and I think that people should know :) I wish you all the best From me To # 8 Unfortunately you I understand, it is a big problem that there is no development in small towns! It's stupid of me to say that, but you have to move to a bigger one or have connections! It is a pity, this is a result of the fact that no investment is made in small towns. But calm down, my friend graduated here in England and college and university and it took him more than half a year to find a decent job! I advise you to try in language schools and schools, give private lessons if possible. I speak English and German, I studied International Relations, but here you have no experience as if you have nothing, so it's not easier! But you can always try! I wish you success! Up to # 11 You are a total exception! I don't know where and in which city you are, I don't know where you live, but even though I'm in London I know a lot of people and in smaller towns no one lives alone unless he works in a hotel and they give him a small room of his own! I don't know how much you pay for the whole house, but on average in England they go between 500 - 1200 in the cities. I don't know what salary you get, but a whole house is an achievement. Maybe you live close to work and don't use the subway. So you have money left or it's just something that they managed to arrange for you cheaper. The work is not stressful, I never said it is, unless you are a strawberry picker. About saving - it is possible if you are in a village where you do not use the subway, because everything is close, the apartments are cheaper, and believe it or not, but the food is cheaper. But nothing can change there and it's not like there is a lot of work either, because these are small places also not very developed! Subway tickets are currently £ 46 1-4 zone! Make an account of how much he makes per month! I'm not saying you shouldn't like it, I support anyone who feels good where they are, but I don't want some people to lie to other people and create the wrong impression just because they want to make themselves great and crush the people left in Bulgaria. # 11 I hope I help you! It is possible for a person with higher education to find a job and rent a house, BUT first it depends - where he studied / in England or in Bulgaria /, second what specialty and where he wants to rent this house! But in most cases there are two, ie a couple or a family with a child / children! Because it's hard to make enough money to cover the whole house, pay for transportation and save. On average, the houses are between 900-1200 even in more remote neighborhoods. But if you are there and work in the center, you will pay for an expensive subway ticket and travel more! Even some are not houses but apartments in blocks of flats with one bedroom and still 800! Everything is connected here! For example, I was an intern in a company where, although we knew more languages than the owner, we were harassed to the core, but not to be fooled. I worked in zone 2, I live in 4. To get to work I go 1-4 every day, which is 1 hour and a bit by subway and 20-25 minutes walk from us to the station and from the station to work! I do roughly 3 hours on the subway a day. I got up at 6.30 to start at 9, I finished at 6 and at 8 I was in us. I only had the strength to eat, take a bath and go to bed at 10! Well not everyone is, but if I had stayed in this area to work and had to move there it was quite expensive. A colleague lived nearby, did not use the subway and paid 180-200 per week, but shared a room with a boy! There were 5-6 in the apartment. An acquaintance rented an apartment with her boyfriend so they could afford it went to Zone 6! Well, no one can visit her, only trains go there, buses are also expensive - it takes a long time! You choose either to live close to work and not pay for transport, or to travel a lot, but if the quarters where you work are ungodly, it becomes complicated! You can save, if you work in a nice place. But for example my friend takes about 2000 a month after taxis and because they give him LONDON LIVING WAGE, which is extra money for people living in London, but it is very rare, few companies can afford it! I will answer your other question like this - I communicate with animals, but with pigs - NO! They are not very arrogant, at least they were not towards me, I don't think they hate us en masse. These are artificial conflicts! They even seem to be afraid of us, that we are smart, we know languages, we know at least basic geographical objects! But I couldn't befriend a purebred Englishwoman! I got up with a Japanese woman, a Frenchwoman, an African and a Pole! These are people closer to me, with my sense of humor, with my way of thinking, CLEAN! But it's still not like talking to Bulgarians and laughing, the language barrier is always there, even if you know the language at an excellent level. I don't want English friends! And I'm lonely, because you don't have much time to go out here during the week, you don't have beer with colleagues after work and you have time to watch the Slavi Show at home! When I went for a drink with colleagues I came back at 10-11 and the next day I was so sleepy ... Here some work on Saturdays and do not have time to go out and see each other. Everyone lives in a different place and it is difficult, the transport works until 1 at the latest. You can't go to a disco and say to yourself, I'll take a taxi home, it's very expensive. In small towns you have nowhere to go, one or two pubs and that's it. I hope I was useful to you. If people who think soberly and live in England read it, they will agree with me that I have not lied anywhere. I present to you what I see, I can give you many examples. I don't offend people, who they like here, don't think so! I just want to present the truth to others who could not see it for themselves, but only through our eyes! I want people to be aware that as a cleaner in the beginning, if there are no acquaintances, she can take 7 per hour and travel and work from morning to night. Don't be able to take your child from the garden and work all day! A private kindergarten costs £ 250 a week! So that you can pick up your child at 5:30, because in the state at 3 you have to be there to pick him up! Don't you take it the second time the social ones shout! I want people to know the real picture. To know that some girls carry more than 14 days because the doctors do nothing, the girl had a huge belly, and goes there for 2 days to see her and only after almost 16 days they challenged him! Some girls return them because there was not enough disclosure. They returned an acquaintance 2 times, but because she raised her blood pressure to 3, they took her! This is life here, and if you like it, I support that fact. But I want everyone to know the truth! :) I expect to be spit on and offended because the truth hurts. And some people are hurt to admit that this is the reality in most cases! From a young man who hopes that Bulgaria has a future!

They send him a text message with the address of a grandmother, and if he confirms, he goes to wash her kenef, to shop for 3-4 hours of work and takes 40-60 pounds. He works 4-5 days a week and lives his life. Addresses have pain and work, only for the lazy and excuses no. I have NIN and everything to work there, but now I will stay in Sofia, I work here for BGN 1,100 a month, I don't pay rent and I save about BGN 600 a month. because I want to open a massage parlor, and after a while I plan to open one in England. I wish success to all who went to England. Personally, I really liked it there and one day, if fate decides, I would not refuse again, but with something more serious. From number 1 to number 14. You say that everything is based on personal observations, but even without stepping into England I can tell you what the system is. It is very difficult to reach a high position in a company or to make a good salary. Just look at the statistics, the average salary in London after taxes varies around 25,000 to a maximum of 30,000 pounds. This is extremely insufficient for a stable life. With this money you can cover basic expenses such as housing, food, bills and transportation. From there, you should have a small reserve (provided that you do not go to discos and restaurants). Now look at the starting salaries in large companies (because they are actually the highest there). They vary a little over 30,000 pounds in the best position! Given that they advertise 200-300 places per year for interns and apply thousands of people from around the world. Separately, that even if you're one of those 200-300 and they take it, you have to compete with a huge mass of people to get the already high salaries of over 60,000 pounds, the chances are not very great. Not to mention that those who studied there also have some student debt and have already spent money on their education. Otherwise, various people in their 40s and 50s who say they have succeeded and have an above average salary in England, I believe them. In their time, the world was just beginning to become global, education was a luxury and there was no such competition. Now with these loans and credits, anyone can get an education, certificates are relatively cheap, the poorest people can get them, and the whole world has rushed to this London, fighting for the highest paid jobs. What if you don't have a hereditary home or your accommodation doesn't have furniture, will BGN 500 be enough for you to buy everything? How many years do you think you will need only for furniture with these BGN 500?

When one reads most of what is written here, one will think that Great Britain is a terribly declining country, and Bulgaria is a super economy! There are always exceptions and special cases, but there is simply no way to compare life here with that in the West, at least not from a material point of view. That it is not easy anywhere is very clear to everyone. If someone thinks that he will lie abroad and the money will flow, he is very seriously mistaken. Careers both in Bulgaria and abroad are made with a lot of work and a lot of sacrifices. With work from 8 to 5 it is not possible. No one will come and invite you to become managers in his company just because you have some education. It is also good to respect other people's work. Whether someone picks strawberries, cleans buildings or sweeps streets is up to him. As long as he doesn't steal or disturb anyone, I don't see any problem. Everyone is free to seek their luck wherever they see fit. I guess none of us writers here are Nobel laureates to look down on.

As a person who has also lived and studied in England, I completely agree with the author! It is not easy at all - even the English find it difficult to find a good job even after a good diploma and internship, and you are telling me about uneducated Bulgarians, who, by the way, are quite unloved there. There are good sides to life there, but there are many more bad ones than you think. It is good, for example, that drivers are 100 times better, the roads are much safer. Food is not more expensive than in Bulgaria, but fruits and vegetables are full of plastic garbage. Otherwise they take care of their nature, everything is very well maintained. Medical help, thank God, I did not have to use there, but I heard that you should always have an hour and are waiting a lot. Otherwise, the thing that shocked me the most was that it's actually far from safe there. There are supposed to be laws, there are supposed to be punishments and there are still a lot of shocking attacks, robberies, robberies, rapes, etc. By the way, I did not like London at all - this is the nastiest and most unfriendly capital of a country in Europe that I have visited. It is also a fact that the British are being exported en masse from London, and immigrants from Africa and Asia are taking over the city - these are official statistics. My English friends, originally from London, told me terrible stories from the city, from the schools ... In general, when someone starts bragging to me about how he will live in London, I say a prayer for the disoriented person and pass by. and immigrants from Africa and Asia take over the city - these are official statistics. The only reason for a person (not only a Bulgarian, but in general) to be disappointed with life in another country is to have unrealistic expectations and a naive idea of the world around him. The author gave some examples of people working unskilled. I don't see why he judges them. Number 2, very clearly described the arguments of these people and why they leave. They were not good in Bulgaria either, so at least they have some work abroad. I advise the author not to analyze so many others, but to look for her own happiness, where it is good for her. If this is in Bulgaria, let her return, but isn't it too naive to think that if she is not well in a foreign country, then it is similar for everyone else? What you miss is the factor - statehood, mentality, culture and so on. It's not just about salaries. Some Bulgarians like it more abroad, and for other reasons, it doesn't have to be just because of the pay. At least, at least there are no stray dogs on the streets ... And what is this generalization? The Bulgarians were common workers, the British were drunkards, the Pakistanis were Pakistanis. The reality is as you make it. As there is a complete balance in nature, so it is with us humans, even if we are not aware of it. Everyone gets exactly what they deserve, without exception. But some people are not comfortable admitting it. I also believe that every nation gets the rulers it deserves .... Everyone who has left, expecting to build palaces, is guilty of the stupidity of having claims without having the knowledge base, work experience and connections . My advice is to stop hating, to judge, to consider something unfair, and start loving life with all your heart, and have fun! Life is too short for these mental holes, feelings of injustice, inferiority ... And yes, the road is difficult, but if it was easy, we would die of boredom ....

I agree with the Author and others of this opinion. I might add that this applies not only to immigrants in England, but also to other Western countries in Europe. My sister is in England and has no money for things for her baby, she works in a factory in three shifts and there is almost no motherhood, and the baby is looked after by my mother in Bulgaria, because there is no one in England to look after it - if you do not return to work after a few miserable months of motherhood - dismissal. Motherhood? is 70 pounds a week. My motherhood was BGN 1,500 near the first year, the second minimum wage, and I worked extra and my income was the same, I had three years of experience, and on the fourth I started my own company. Not to mention that you can carry your baby anywhere in Bulgaria. I studied in the West and even then I came to the conclusions reached by the Author and the founders. I came home and today I live much better than the people who stayed and even in absolute terms I earn more because I work in a high position in our country and they are service staff. We have the same education - I am in Bulgaria among the most educated and valued, and they are just foreigners there. As a student I worked in the personnel department and I know that foreigners were paid at least 30% less, and I myself took 50% less than college students, and I studied at an elite university! When opening a place in a higher position, ALWAYS put a local and never put a Bulgarian. In the West, it is impossible to start your own business with employees, a base, everything else, as well as to take a home. There are Bulgarians who have taken homes, but live like cattle and deprive their children of basic things. However, 99% live on rent and 50% of their money sinks there. No stray dogs? Well, I lived in a city (BIG) with homeless foxes and wild pigs roaming the city, because in the West there are no wolves and bears to destroy them and they have crawled around the city. In my neighborhood in front of the supermarket, a fox was begging for food. In Bulgaria, however, I pay 10% taxes, and in the West, with my income, I would only pay more than 45% for social security taxes and work for the state for 7 months. No thanks! Bulgarians, even if they are super educated, know the language and everything, can never make a career, at least in Europe. In the USA it is different and there you are just a white European - you have a chance, but in Europe you are almost an unwanted gypsy. If you are going to emigrate - go at least to the USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Singapore - in old Europe you have no chance. I am white, tall, bright, with blue eyes and people have argued with me, that I was of Bulgarian origin. I tell them that I have been a Bulgarian for at least 10 generations - it was not true, the Bulgarians were black ... remember how much chance you have for a career. And more - I have never had problems with my appearance when I lived in the West, and now I travel, but Bulgarians (including PhD students, doctors, professors) are massively subjected to passport controls and other humiliations, if they are dark. I know PhD students in physics and chemistry who were in custody in Munich all night because they happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and there was a robbery nearby - they were immediately suspected. Yes, there is work for washing canisters and others, there is work in factories, but for me this is not life. Better in our country for 600 levs. DIGNIFIED and pleasant work in your own home than in the West 800 pounds clean per accommodation and a bunch of other costs.

To 23: the fact that you personally failed to realize yourself in the west, even though you graduated from an elite university, is your personal destiny. You can't draw general conclusions from it. Everyone has the right to be where they feel good, so do not try to drive out those who have realized the west, people who have fucked up, and you have blossomed and tied up when you returned to Bulgaria. This is your personal destiny, which is valid only for you.

23, let me explain how with a salary of 600 leva in Bulgaria you can have your own home !!! Not to mention that such a job will not be very pleasant at all. If mom and dad bought you an apartment and a car, and at the same time continue to help you financially, then yes, with 600 leva you can live perfectly. However, if you are staying, these 600 levs will hardly be enough for food. From there, he forgot about vacations, cars, going out, etc. I don't know exactly what salaries are in England, but I know a lot of people who went there to work "simple" work, as you call it here, and they made a lot of good money. Some even bought apartments. Others are in Germany and Austria and earn 2,000-3,000 euros a month from the same "simple" job. Number 22 said it very accurately, stop counting people! So they decided, so they did. I can't tell you what's wrong with your neighbor picking strawberries in England or working in a factory in Germany. I also live very well in Bulgaria, but this does not mean that everyone else is like that. Try to live one year with 600 leva a month and then we will talk again.

I think that a person who likes to work in a certain position, no matter what, I am not the person to judge at least. I wrote the topic, not to tell people: Don't go, there is tragedy, misery and so on! I wrote it because I see that many people have the wrong idea! For example # 17 I don't know when he was here, but at the moment with 40-50 pounds a day are nothing. 1000-1200 pounds a month. The subway ticket is 184 per month, and you pay at least 85 accommodation to live downstairs in a normal place 1-4 and not with 10 people and he has 500 left per month for food, personal needs, fees, if are not included / council tax / which is generally separate, and if you smoke I do not want to comment and what is left? with some 100-200 at best leaving, to return once or twice to Bulgaria. To show his "millions" and throw dust in the eyes of his friends. I don't want people who work in more or less good positions to leave their jobs, their own home and relatives, because here you see 4-5 hours a day of work and you are ready and you don't have to do much, but you save a lot. . I know people who work on good salaries in banks and companies who left, because here they were told that with 5-6 hours of work a day you save a lot. And when they realized it was too late, their work was gone. I want people to have a real idea, because when we return to Bulgaria we brag and spend the last money to envy us and create an illusion. An acquaintance said when she came home: Well, the iphone in England is something normal. But of course, only she gave her last credit card money for that phone and Calvin Klein shoes. I support the people they like here. Everyone chooses, but I wish that if they come, it is because they have always wanted and they like it here, not because someone told them: Ah, come here, life is very good. Everyone has their head on their shoulders, decides for themselves and chooses their path. I just want to share with you what I saw and what is part of everyday life in England.

I think that with the money I will earn as a babysitter I will not be able to cope, nor will I be able to enroll in an English course, let alone have a way out, as far as I understand the transport there was quite expensive. I was told to look for a job as a babysitter on one of their sites, because if I look for a Bulgarian agency, they will take a percentage from me and I will not see myself with money at all. I've heard a lot of conflicting opinions about London in particular, but it's different to hear from someone who has lived there exactly how things are. w 26

Up to 34, agree. It's funny to say that as a janitor, you'll be fine in England. Yes, but if you get married. Otherwise, how do you expect to pay rent, food and all other expenses on a low salary? It's unbearable. Not to mention that local men regularly earn above the average salary, outside of London, a man with a salary of over 21,000 pounds a year is easy to find. And when you find it, you're done, he pays your rent, covers part of the expenses, and when she gives some of her meager salary, it becomes a decent life. This is not the case with men, so emigration is much more difficult with us. Can you imagine a local woman taking a relatively poor Eastern European? She will immediately want someone with a higher salary. He will say to himself, "This is a loser, he has no ambition, I don't need one, what have I studied and worked for, to support a breadwinner?" ". It's real even,

Hello # 35! I didn't mean to scare you, but I hope I helped. Now I'm going to explain things to you like babysitters. There are two types: some live with the family and others who travel to the family. Most, of course, are the first. In this case, they are paid less because they live for free, do not pay bills and eat with their families. The weekends are by appointment. It is really better to find a family in person, and not through an agency, they take a percentage and if they give the agency 12-13 per hour you get 8-8. 50. There are small and large, but most often they are small naturally. If you choose the right family with a child who goes to the nursery, you will have a commitment only to pick it up, put it away and feed it until the parents come. But if your baby is with him all day! I know both types and I want to tell you that working as a babysitter with children here is dangerous in the long run. I have seen a case that leads to resentment towards children and anger, nerves, etc. You will be able to enroll in a course, but it depends on when your course is and when your day off is. Will you be able to visit it. Transportation is expensive, but if you live with your family you won't have a problem. But I don't think it's a good job for a long time. In addition, here every 2-3 years the babysitters change so that the child / children are not attached. In general, this is a job for people with healthy nerves and some other plans for the future, that is, to be a springboard for them as they develop. You say you want a change of environment and a little English practice, so I don't think it's a problem to come and see. I personally would not tolerate them, here the children do not scold even allow themselves much. People kick in the subway, lie on the ground, they scream until you faint, but they don't care so much about their parents that they don't even make a remark. An acquaintance living with the family earns about 160 a week, which is super small, but they have saved a lot of money. And the child is in kindergarten and she is free from 8 to 3. But he was only here for a year to raise money and returned to Bulgaria to finish his education. Don't be afraid if you think you'll like it here. Your life is yours and you can live it wherever and however you want :) I give you a thumbs up and if you have any questions I am available. And not only that saying things the way she thinks, but also many other people who have gone through a similar path, does not mean that he is not fighting for success, but success in its sense is a very broad concept based on the priorities / ambitions of each individually. Everyone shares according to their experience. No one should be judged. What's more, when you're in shit, don't give advice, someone said. 40, I'm not 39 and I don't defend it, but the author has expressed herself quite sharply. Abroad can be the easier way if your mom and dad pay for your education there or most of it and give you a good start in life. Yes, then I can agree that abroad is a much easier way. However, if mom and dad do not have money and you have to rely on yourself, abroad is not the easy way. I do not believe that anyone would prefer to live in accommodation in England, instead of partying with friends in Bulgaria, supported by theirs. I know a lot of such people - they work for 600-700 leva, but they have apartments, cars, and some even villas. They live quite decently, I would say, without much effort and have never been deprived of anything. They even wonder how others don't have enough of the same money. Well, they don't have enough, because no one gave them anything, because they probably live in a flat, because they pay their own bills and because they rely only on themselves for everything. To # 39 by the author Hello, sir / madam! It's fun to see how someone who hasn't even seen me understands what kind of brain I have! Even if he is small, he is mine and we get along great. But I do not understand how I provoked your speech with my topic? Nowhere did I insult, humiliate or humiliate the people working here in London or in Bulgaria! I respect everyone and their choice equally! Just present the facts so that people can judge for themselves how wonderful life is here! The fact that you don't think it's true leads me to two conclusions: 1. Either you are one of those who see the same job here and go to Bulgaria to brag about the new phone or they just created a wrong idea about life here ? Or maybe you're just very rich in London and you don't have to meet the common people or the laws? With my little brain in 7th grade I traveled around Germany, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Austria. With him I graduated from a language school with two languages and again I went to the USA with him and saw how "wonderful" life is there. To be on a brigade, but it also requires intelligence. But it doesn't matter where or how I was. When asked why I am here, I will tell you this: I am here because of the person next to me! At the moment, his work is here and developing, and I do not want to interrupt to return to Bulgaria. But one day, life and health, soon when we are ready I will return to Bulgaria! There, people like us shovel them. But what to do, pull us there. I noticed that the fables are written by people who really know that they can't achieve anything in BG. Not only for the state, but also for themselves. My stories are not fables, but real stories. I'm behind them, but I still think that everyone should judge for themselves where it is best for them! There are also different ways to drill in whatever sense of the word you look at it. If there's a will, there's a way. No one said it would be easy, however, because it requires a great deal of patience and stress. The fact that some study abroad does not mean that mom and dad helped them. This Bulgarian trait with excuses or that someone else is always to blame for someone's failures is a very common trait among Bulgarians. However, everyone forges his own destiny. There is no point in talking to each other anymore, because we know what most Bulgarians are like. I don't give those coupons you're talking about five bucks for, especially since they would be a waste of time and a waste. These people at parties come and go, as well as many friends and acquaintances. This is the cycle of life. And you can't even talk about memories, because with time and years everything fades. And what is left for you in the end and what did you build with a high school diploma in your ass? Yes, for some it is easier, for others not. However, difficulties build experience - don't forget it.

From the author You don't know how much money I studied with, or what my life has been like so far. I have never and nowhere said that people should not leave, but to be miserable in Bulgaria! But for many people it is the easiest way because they think that with a few hours of work here they can make a lot of money, which is not possible! Nowhere will you be given £ 15 an hour and work 4 hours a day. I met many Bulgarians here, some come with minors because they think they will take the big benefits here, others give birth to them here because then they give even more benefits. They come to support each other on the construction sites and in the end they give birth to a new one, although they barely connect the two ends. They have apartments in BG, of course, but it is below their level to work for 400-500 levs, although they live in towns of 20,000-30,000 people, where, of course, they do not pay for transport and accommodation. But to be here to teach their child in elite England. And let me not tell you in their neighborhood if there can be an adequate school, because we Bulgarians in London do not live in central London, but in 4-5 zones. Nowhere did I offend people who clean or are on construction sites. I also cleaned rooms myself while I was in the US as extra work. But I wrote the topic to see people and the other side of things, and not just through the prism of people who talk nonsense that here we are paid 10 per hour to clean houses! And come all, life is a song, money is a pain, they give it to us at the entrance of the airport when we land for welcome! You know, I work with Poles and Portuguese and we talked about a country and so on. They are much lower wages with high costs and expensive food. The minimum wage in Lisbon is 400-420 euros, and the food and clothes, the electricity are almost like in London. At least that's what my colleague told me. The Pole said that they have about 230-250 euros, but even if you have your own home, it is still not enough for you to be in a small town. So it's just that we're always the worst, there's no other way. We always complain, we are dissatisfied, we have the worst. We think that in other countries they cover them with money just because they breathe ... I think more and more that the problem is largely in us ...

43, you don't seem to have read carefully what I wrote? !! I will try to explain it to you more simply - everyone has the right to live and work where they see fit! No one has gone abroad to pick strawberries and cram into lodges for good! I do not agree that people who work abroad have chosen the easy way. If you really support yourself, you should know it. As for the university diploma, I have one and it has never been stuck in my ass.

Author, you are contradicting something cruel! You both say it's not good in England and the United States, and you yourself went to a brigade in the United States to do the same low-paid job. Why didn't you go to clean or be a waitress in Golden Sands, Albena or Sunny Beach? They also make money there, and it's not bad. He doesn't care about people's money. Yes, there are those who think that abroad is super easy, but that's not all. Everyone has the right to work where they like. I also have a great time in Bulgaria, but I see how many people feel bad and I fully understand them. If I were in their position, I would gladly accept almost any offer abroad. I have a friend who currently works in a factory in England. He had a job here, took about 700 leva cleanly and lived in his own apartment. But the man says that if we leave the money, which are much more, there feels much better. The choice is his and I have no problem with that.

From the author To # 46 Nowhere do I think I have said who should live how and where. Nor have I announced that any job is embarrassing. I wrote the topic because it struck me that many people live here and present life as a song. That here almost everyone takes 10 per hour and works 3-4 hours and the money is enough to stay. In fact, they are showing off their new acquisitions in Bulgaria, bought by emptying their credit cards and wondering how to cover them. And as a result, people with a decent job in Bulgaria start to think that it is very easy here and money hurts. I don't think I've announced anywhere that they should be miserable, but not come here. And for work - I also worked at sea. I was a receptionist. The next summer I decided to go to the United States to see how it was, not for money. I wanted to go around and travel a little. I came back early.

Author, "tolerable work" in Bulgaria is at least 1,500 leva net. If you take under this money and you have no help from parents - forget about anything. How many people do you think receive such money? !! Of course, it is much better to work a certain job in England, Germany, USA and others. developed countries than in Bulgaria. Again, if I were in a similar situation, I would emigrate. And yes, why not say I'm happy, it's good for people to know. It's one thing to flaunt something, it's another to just share. He who does not want to go to the moon will still not make money. The fact that some go abroad with the idea of not working and the money falling on top of them is their problem. There are the same people in Bulgaria, they lie all day and complain. Honestly, I have no acquaintance who has gone abroad and been miserable. I know of such cases, but these people were lazy and scammers here too. From 46

Up to 48. And in London, the equivalent is 2,500 pounds (or more) to 1,500 leva in Sofia. Keep in mind that above the average salary in the west is difficult to catch, and property prices in the capitals are outrageously expensive. For me, your only chance for good salary development (anywhere) is to get into a big company. But guess how it is in the west. Deloitte, for example, in London is announcing 200 internships (not permanent jobs) and thousands from all over the world are applying, even over 10,000. And keep in mind that even if they hire you, they will pay you above average salary (you start at around £ 30,000 a year after the internship), you still have to progress, otherwise forget to buy your own property or car. In Sofia, some of your competitors do not even know English, and in the same companies they require it. Separately, you have much fewer candidates and those at a much lower level of training. At the same time, the salary is equalized by the Western standard. I don't know what you mean by "misery," but working in low-paying jobs for under £ 2,000 in London, or even going on construction sites to work for more, is not a good job for me. If you've gotten to that point where even if you are, England, Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, it will not be very good.

By # 46 I want to share a real situation of living in London. A Bulgarian family comes here, they think that money is easy to earn and save here. They both worked in Bulgaria, in a small town, they have a small apartment, but their total income is "barely" 1000-1100. And they begin to explain how easy it is here, money hurts. And they come here and what's going on is working, but it's not as they thought. However, in order not to leave their donkey in the mud, they drive almost only on toasted slices for 3 months, but when they returned to Bulgaria they threw money like newspapers. They turned out to be great, threw dust in the eyes of the uneducated about life in London, and returned to start from scratch because their old job was not waiting for them. My idea is that one should not believe that someone is not miserable. We do not live with them we do not know.

I completely agree! Almost everyone I know who went to Western Europe to study is now either working in low-paid jobs or has returned. I only know of a boy who works in a small town but still earns £ 21,000 before taxes, which is quite modest. Here in Bulgaria it is true that overall salaries are not high and there are not so many jobs, but able and knowledgeable people can pass the middle level easily. Let me tell you, according to my calculations, the average salary in London has almost the same purchasing power as in Sofia. However, in Sofia you can very easily spend 1000 leva per month. You start in one of the companies and after less than 2 years, you can now chase over 1500 clean. In London, on the other hand, the whole world is competing for these high-paying jobs and you actually have to spend 30-40 thousand pounds net per year to have any stability. It may not be impossible to start a starting position in a company there, but to advance, not to mention become a manager, is impossible for the mass of people.
