Hello. I am a boy of 17. Some time ago I went to the gym, but I stopped for a while for about 3-4 months. After 3-4 months, I decided to start again, but I broke my arm, played football and fell on it, it all twisted. At the hospital I was told that I had a broken upper facial bone and a displaced vertebra or cartilage I do not remember. This happened in early November last year. I stayed for half a month with a splint on my arm and then a little more than half a month with a cast - a total of about 34-35 days. 3-4 weeks ago I started going to the gym again, but the problem is that with a broken arm it is difficult for me to lift, it has always been weaker, it seems to be physically weaker, but the problem is that for example, I can lift a weight of 8 kilograms with the right one 15 times, while with the left one on the 7th-8th time and more I can't with other devices, it's hard for me with the left one a lot, on the bench, for example, the lever tilts to the 1st side because of my stronger right hand. So what should I do, what advice will you give me.
Use a hack machine for a bench (if you don't know which machine it is - this is a fixed bar with two levers on the side), it is often used for squats, but it can also be used for a bench. For the hands, use a French folding machine. This will strain your arms at the same time.

My, I think it's normal for one hand to be stronger than the other. Otherwise, I would advise you to train both arms evenly. For example, if you can fold the right one 10 times and get tired 6-7 times with the left one, help yourself with the right one, push it up. The important thing is to pump up the muscle and it should gradually get better. If you feel pain - you stop so that there are no injuries.
