I use Pantene conditioner and shampoo - I buy different ones, most often to preserve the color, to shine, to restore. I used to buy Avon keratin straightening spray, which I sprayed after combing my hair after bathing or before going out when I want to style my hair. I also bought hair crystals, which I rubbed into the ends of my hair when I took a bath. My hair looks more than good (I blush regularly from dark blond-light brown to white blond, only root of course, not every time the whole hair). I am happy, I have healthy, waist-length and thick hair. I cut the tips every month or at most every month. I rarely torture my hair with extra presses, curling irons, etc., no more often than once every 3-4 months. I do not spray perfumes, eau de toilette and the like in my hair, it is harmful. Comb it regularly - I comb it at least 3-4 times a day. I use again from Avon a small pink brush, which is run without plucking and really does not pluck. I don't think wooden brushes are the best. Shampoo for your hair type, then this mask is mandatory. Thermal protection product (before the press and hair dryer) and crystals at the end. This is my way;). I hope I was useful
