The problem for young people is that they never have time, but have too many things to do. In fact, this is not the problem, but their happiness. Because we don't know what boredom is murder. The thing you need is to understand that you can't know everything, and what is taught in school is sometimes not a general culture at all, but a very big EXCESSIVE deepening. In general, the scheme is as follows and believe me - the teachers know it because they prepared mainly according to it (haven't you heard some of your teachers say - oh, I don't know I'm a teacher of something, I don't understand from .. chemistry for example) .. So about the scheme - up to 8th grade you really have to know almost everything, although look - so many people live simple and have money, and are happy, but this is another topic and it does not tell us excites. After the 8th grade, there is either sloppiness or pre-specialization in a certain field, then the interests are formed, the emphasis is only on one specific thing and so on. Don't overdo it with knowledge, they can play a cruel joke on you! Today it is extremely easy to enter and children do not realize that entering is not the last step, but in fact the first. The first step in a very profound journey in which you will either really explain why you love something (such as medicine) or you will hate it because it is not your thing. And directly to your question - time is a pain, there is always time, as long as he knows how to arrange it, and usually after a long struggle comes a well-deserved rest. This is not just part of a phrase, this is true. Don't think that most successful people have started sitting in a leather chair. the emphasis is only on one particular thing and so on. I completely understand you. I also want to apply for this specialty and at the same time to have good grades in school. I know what it's like for you, because I study the same subjects together with a lot of things that I probably won't need at all. I think that everyone should know more or less the work of Botev, Vazov, etc. I can't give you advice - I also haven't found a way to make it easier. Just make sure that chemistry and biology are okay first and then the rest. And, when it's hard for you, just think how in one or two years you will have a good diploma, a certificate in English and of course a first year in medicine - you will achieve everything you wanted and for which you fought so hard. :) Good luck!
