The future athlete was born in early 1989 in the provincial town of Pugachev, Saratov region. His early years there were not distinguished by the variety of sections attended. A year later, his figure fell, but Kirill still managed to take silver, and in 2012 he repeated the success of his first performance and again took 1st place.

For several years in a row, the guy trained actively and in 2014 decided to set the world record for bench press. With a barbell weighing 326 kg, he became a world record holder, and a year later, having increased his weight to 335 kg, he was ahead of his own result. His fame went far beyond the borders of Russia, from that moment on, the name of the Russian athlete was known to millions.

And in 2016, Sarychev again showed the best result in the deadlift at the world championship. Another victory appeared in Kirill's biography in 2017, when he managed to take 1st place at the Russian Powerlifting Championship. And a year later, he won the Thor's Powerlifting Challenge and Open event: BP Raw.

Around the same time, Sarychev met with actor and athlete Haftor Björnsson, who arrived in the Russian capital for a competition, and before that he had a joint training session with Kirill. Boris Sheiko, with whom the athlete has been engaged since 2011, has developed a special training system for him. The man is not going to stop and plans to surprise fans with sports achievements again.

Little is known about Kirill's personal life; in 2013, he admitted in an interview that he has a girlfriend, however, then he did not report any names.
