Biography
Passionate about comedy since the age of 6, Jimmy Bennett began his career playing in commercials before being spotted by the small screen.
He got his first roles in 2002 in series like Life before everything or The protector before taking his first steps on the big screen alongside Eddie Murphy in Paternal School. The young actor also appears in The Experts or Everwood then becomes the son of Ryan Reynolds in the horror film Amityville. He distinguished himself in 2004 in The Book of Jeremiah. The artist camps there a little boy whom his mother, a prostitute played by Asia Argento, disguises as a girl to attract customers.
Jimmy then gives the answer to Kurt Russell in the disaster film Poseidon in 2006 and crosses paths with Bruce Willis in the action film Hostage by Florent Siri. In 2009, the actor slipped into the costume of a young James T. Kirk in JJ Abrams' Star Trek.
