Biography
After debuts on the boards (notably on Broadway in the 60s and 70s), Jill Clayburgh finds her first role on the screen in The Wedding Party (1969), a comedy signed by the young Brian De Palma, also with a newbie named Robert De Niro. At this time, she shared Al Pacino's life before becoming the companion of screenwriter David Rabe (La Firme).
