Japanese Miracle Diet?

The Story

Hello. I decided to ask here, in case anyone is familiar. I plan to start a diet because I have a desperate need to lose weight and a friend recommended the 'Japanese miracle' diet. for those who have not heard: DAY ONE Breakfast - a cup of coffee. Lunch - two hard-boiled eggs. Dinner - a piece of meat (roasted or cooked without fat) and a salad seasoned with lemon. DAY TWO Breakfast - a cup of coffee and a piece of rusk. Lunch - two hard-boiled eggs. Dinner - a piece of ham, salad seasoned with lemon and a cup of yogurt. THIRD DAY Breakfast - a cup of coffee. Lunch - vegetables and fruits. Dinner - two hard-boiled eggs, salad seasoned with lemon and ham. FOURTH DAY Breakfast - a cup of coffee. Lunch - two hard-boiled eggs and carrot juice. Dinner - a piece of meat (roasted or cooked without fat) and a salad seasoned with lemon. DAY FIVE Breakfast - grated carrot seasoned with lemon. Lunch - roasted fish seasoned with tomato. Dinner - not eaten. DAY SIX Breakfast - a cup of coffee. Lunch - two large pieces of chicken (boiled or roasted) and salad. Dinner - two hard-boiled eggs and a carrot. DAY SEVEN Breakfast - a cup of coffee. Lunch - a piece of meat (roasted or cooked without fat) and fruit. Dinner - a piece of meat (roasted or cooked without fat) So, my question is this - I'm a vegetarian and I plan to stick to it, so is there a way to replace meat in the diet with something (or nothing, respectively, I have no problem just skip when there is meat. Thanks in advance. If the moderators can post this sooner because the work is urgent :-D Lunch - two large pieces of chicken (boiled or roasted) and salad.
