Absolutely every hot day of summer I feel a constant tension in the back of my head. It temporarily disappears with a massage, but only for a few minutes. In other seasons, the same thing happens to me very rarely, from overload or stress, but summer is absolutely every day, only if it cools down it disappears. It is 100% hot. And not to show myself in the sun, it's still like that. What can I do?

And how are you with your blood and cholesterol? Pressure and pain in the back of the neck are often symptoms of blood pressure problems - it may be a good idea to do some tests. Otherwise, to feel good on hot days, lots of liquids, salts (or special drinks with salts or kefir, for example) and a very light meal - mostly fruits and vegetables, nuts.
