Itching-gabyespino

For several months now, I have been feeling itchy in my lungs when I cough. The cough is dry and seems to have become chronic. I often feel sick, I bleed, you feel dizzy and have a headache. I do not remember other symptoms for now, but everything disappears after a break. Do I need to see a doctor.
