Go to the doctor. There is nothing to guess. I have been in the same situation for 10 years. The reason for me is that only one of my ovaries is functioning properly and that is why I ovulate every 45-50 days. It comes to me once every two months and honestly I can't say it's a big deal. On the contrary, I do not bother with menstruation every month. It only took me a little longer to get pregnant - about a year, but fortunately everything went well.
