I am a 17-year-old girl. For a long time (several years) I feel that something is wrong with me. I need a side opinion. I'm not a lazy person, I've been dancing for many years and training at home. My problem is the following - very often I feel strong daggers in my heart, I gasp with minimal movements. For example, I jump once (I'm not exaggerating) and my heart rate rises to at least 120 beats and I feel like I've run a marathon. I live near the school I go to. The road is short - about 5 minutes. It can be reached by some steps and a bair. As I climb my feet I feel sick and I have a feeling that my heart will burst and I can hear it clearly beating hard and my heart rate is probably over 150. I can barely breathe and I can't breathe. This does not happen 1 or 2 times, but every day. I have been going this way for 3 years now. When I get to the bair I can barely climb it, I am drenched in cold sweat, and when I get to the room at least 30 minutes pass before I pass. This does not happen to anyone else. Everyone around me moves most normally without such problems. As I mentioned, I go dancing. Lately, I've noticed that I'm having a hard time coping. It starts to turn black after the fifth minute, I'm all drenched in sweat, not to mention the pulse. The rest of the group didn't even sweat, and I'm already lying on the ground and I feel like I've climbed Everest. One time I didn't even last until the end of the dance, because my heart hurt so much and I could barely breathe. Whenever I dance to some cool music at home for more than 2 minutes (I'm sure we've all done it), the following happens - suddenly my heart hurts and several times I even squirmed on the ground in pain for at least 10 minutes. Another problem is that very often my nose bleeds (sometimes even several times a day) and does not stop for several hours. What worries me is the formation of clots as big as my puppy. I put on a cotton ball and after 2 minutes I change it and there is already a really big clot. And several are formed each time. No such thing happens to anyone and there are no such clots. I tried to explain to a doctor, but everyone says I'm young and I can't have anything. I do not understand how such indifference can. It's not just about me. If a person is really sick of something and the doctor exposes this "fact", it can be fatal. Nowadays, it's all about money, not help, but anyway. If anyone has an idea of what's happening to me, let me know. Do you think this is normal Thank you in advance! :) What worries me is the formation of clots as big as my puppy. Not taking any pills or overdosing on vitamins, I didn't know before and drank two or three soluble ones and also panted on the baira until I reduced them.
No, it's not normal, but the reason may be trivial. Check your thyroid hormones as well as your iron.

It is not normal and you should insist that your GP give you a referral to a cardiologist. Being young is not insurance against health problems, but it is an advantage in their treatment. And I've always had trouble climbing stairs and uphills. I always sweat and pant, and I'm not overweight or anything. It helps me when I do it slowly and take breaks along the way. Try it like that - go out early for school, if you need 15 minutes instead of 5. Walk very slowly on this hill and take breaks on the stairs when you get tired. During the breaks, drink water, then too. If your dancing is not working well, you better stop walking temporarily until you find out what problem you have. You may need beta blockers, but only a specialist can judge. So insist that the doctors pay attention to you and don't give up,
