If the person is really mentally ill, dangerous for himself or others, a statement of claim is written to the prosecutor's office with explanations of what is happening and what the relatives have noticed in his condition and behavior. The prosecutor prepares a file in which police officers take the person to the psychiatric institution (in case he refuses voluntary treatment). It is examined by a doctor who assesses the condition. Nothing terrible happens there - only people who are dangerous are tied up - again with prosecutorial decisions and for a short time.

Specifically on the issue of payment: for the stay in the city psychiatry (the entrance to the homes for mental "health" where you can be sent permanently) is NOT PAID, BUT: after discharge you MUST visit a psychiatrist every month and pay for the "examination" "He told me that BGN 20 / visit. Naturally, you realize that the psychiatrists in charge of the mental hospitals invite the discharged "patients" to go to their private offices - this is how the clientele is formed ... I left probably because I was still under the influence of the fear of staying in the mental hospital and I thought that I would be monitored if I visited a psychiatrist. Probably that's why I went to buy the first dose of medicine, who wrote me. I was afraid that they would ask me for confirmation that I was drinking them, so at least I had to have packages to show. I didn't drink anything. I know what poisons they are and that they don't help, they kill. I'm not as dumb as they want me to be. that is, after the stay there is a period of 1-2 minimum years during which you have to regularly buy drugs and go to a psychiatrist and this somewhere goes to 50-60 BGN per month in the best case. As you can see, I am with all my mind and without drugs, and without psychiatrists. But the trauma of being in psychiatry remains. I feel like RAPED. That's right. And finally, to add on the issue of post-dispensary "treatment", one might wonder how I got away with it: I decided so myself, although I could and can check if you follow their instructions, but I decided for myself - if they start harassing me again, to run directly to the forest or, if not, to commit suicide, but NOT to fall into PSYCHIATRY.
