It all depends on what you think is a perfect male body. It is quite possible to achieve a nice body if you are physically burdened.
If you want to be a bodybuilder, you're unlikely to succeed without chemistry.
1. There are no perfect bodies. Let's say, however, that we understand what you mean.
2. It is possible. With perseverance. Proper exercise( physical culture). Proper diet. Patience takes years. In that order...
As for chemistry, this is beyond any discussion. To sport for a healthy and beautiful body, yes. You're going to have to go crazy soon, even looking like a pancake, after 28 or 30 years of age.. well, that's what you gotta be.
Where's the guy who lets us go to the gym in all the memes? I'm curious what he's going to say in this topic. Lol
Most of all, Gen. Joseph Dunford, the chief of staff, said he There are people who, even without training, look pretty good, there are also trainers for years and you still can't tell them apart from a non-training one.
It is better not to have a perfect body, but the hymns very much harm hormones and lead to infertility. You're very young now and maybe you're not thinking about family or possible diseases like cancer, but there are also cases of infertility and cancers due to these chemies. And no one can predict when in time and whether these things will be unlocked, but their relationship is scientifically proven.
It's perfect for you for each other. They're going to have a pepfectic body and then a chemistry erection problem.
Depends on what you understand as a perfect male body. Usually with chemistry sculpted bodies are made, but the muscles resemble balloons. In my opinion, you may disagree. I personally see the difference, and I much like bodies that aren't pushed with chemistry. Kind of, if you like the "chemical bodies" of people who have been doing it for years and are obsessed at this stage, without chemistry it is almost impossible to achieve exactly the same. The rest is achievable.
It is possible to make a pretty nice body with only workouts and regimes, as long as you understand enough of these two things or to consult a really experienced person you trust. Basically, an individual program is built according to the person, there is no common formula that applies to all to one. Or at least not everyone will have an equally good influence on physics. En masse, the instructions are currently "influencers" and are bribed by this and that company to recommend chemistry, or you draw up a program with which it will have an effect, but it is slower. That way you pay more time, you probably understand that if you're in bodybuilding. Not to mention that getting a nice body takes time anyway, it doesn't work for a month or two. I have all this information from someone who works hard in the field and has received similar job offers.
Of course it's possible, as long as the gym is horse doses.
Good-looking body, yes. It takes a lot of reading and experimentation with different programs, dining styles, etc., but if you finally find out what works for you, it can happen.
Great. Relief. Natural. Pick two :)
I'm a natural trainer and every time I get into a cleaning phase I lose a lot of muscle. Chemists don't lose muscle by cleaning, even picking up. But that's the way it is, :)
Not if the perfect body means a contender for Mr. Olympia. They just don't have enough, no medication.
Otherwise - a good diet, regular workouts, running in the morning - you're under 50, you're always going to look good unless you have health problems.
Look at the net what one of the first bodybuilders looked like (about 120 years ago) Eugen Sandow, when there were still (almost) no chemists. Keep in mind that he's the only one he's ever done and had some of the best muscle genes in the world. Compared to the current ones, it looks like chicken. At the moment, even some neighborhood amateur with a little chemistry and not the best can achieve better results. So that's pretty much the maximum without chemistry in perfect genes and dealing with it alone.
Up to 12
120 years ago, they didn't understand a lot of things. It's more resilient to comparing it to bodybladers until the 1970s.
13, I agree, but not until the 70th. Then there were certainly cheesy, though not like the present ones. But again, I say this man had good genes, which makes up for things they didn't know. Because he agreed that the author doesn't have his genes, and that's what he's doing, he's probably working or studying, but let's say he's going to compensate for the genes with more knowledge, so for an amateur, that's the maximum. I'm talking about the more dedicated and the ones with good genetics compared to the mass. And here the aesthetic ends, from here on out it becomes more perverse than aesthetic. I don't think looking like a modern bodybuilder is aesthetic. But yes, I agree that it's beautiful for different different people. But for most people, I believe that artificially inflated are not aesthetic, at least in my observations.
There is no general concept of 'perfect'.
The ancient Greek sculpture of David is considered a perfect male body. I'm back from that period and the disco-thrower- there are the real cool sculpted muscles.
My opinion overlaps with the ancient perception and I can say "anything outside of this is an obsession and unnecessary," but some like it with a lot of muscle. After all, that's a price. Quick results are also achieved with expensive serums around BGN 1700. Pc. As far as I know, it's not just custom-made. For me, it's a perversion, but whoever's struggling is going to get muscled up and so on.
Someone if they've tried one to say what the results are.
David is not an Ancient Greek sculptor... Is that a good thing?!
I have no idea what a "perfect male body" is. These are the views in your head. In mine, I like a man with a tumback and not fat, a little chubby.
There is no more beautiful than a man's and a woman's body, no chemistry.
It has another broadcast, aesthetically, attractive.
Like the thousands of junk we buy in packages.
I was looking at the package perfect, inside, garbage.
So don't touch the chemists.
It's not worth it.
It hits the prostate, in the heart. It may not be today, but tomorrow for sure!
A simple piece of advice. Don't compare yourself to the men in the posters. I've been doing bodybuilding for years, and I can assure you that the poster people have nothing to do with you or me. The sad thing is that people engaged in bodybuilding are trying to look like them. That's impossible. Play sports for health. Find the balance in yourself. The other is.
Perfect - only with chemistry. I personally don't like the "perfect" because they don't look like people. None of the Hollywood stars have canines, like they're aliens.
A really good body, however, can do without chemistry. Nutrition is times more important than loads. Adding a little "natural" chemistry in the form of concentrated protein and you're ready.
