F 20 I live with my parents! I often ask myself this question if my father is a drunkard! When he drinks alcohol, he doesn't stop until he gets drunk. Then the next day he drinks again in the morning and then stops because he is at work. If he is on leave, the volume can last not two days, but several. He is not aggressive in principle, but this drinking of his irritates me terribly! I think an adult should have control over himself. When he gets drunk he doesn't do anything wrong, he listens to music, and when he gets up late he goes to bed. Should this bother me? Do you think that he decides for himself how to live? My mother doesn't seem to bother her, or only sometimes, if she annoys her, they fuck each other and one sits in one room and the other in another! When we go to weddings, fairs or gatherings with different people, he always gets drunk! I notice that most men control themselves and drink, but try not to get drunk, but it shows on his face! Sometimes it bothers me a lot and I'm ashamed! When he got up at 9 and saw that he had already started drinking something, he turned in me! I'm getting nasty, I'm starting to pick on him, he's just getting on my nerves! I'm worried about his health! I know that we are Bulgarians and we drink alcohol, even a lot, but I want to have more control over myself! I say that I don't know if he is like that, because he may not drink for a very long time, a week, two, three, but if he starts, it is always a few days and starts in the morning! In general, he is a good person and we understand each other. I talk to him normally. But we do not say too personal and intimate things. Maybe because of me. I don't like discussing such things with family or friends! I think these are personal thoughts and feelings that are not shared! I never told him about drinking! Sometimes I tossed, that it is too early for alcohol, but only until then! Somehow it doesn't seem right to me to teach him how to live!

My father also always drank. Before and harder alcohol, and now he is over 70 and drinks 1-2 liters of beer every day, morning, noon and evening. He developed cirrhosis and was hospitalized several times, but did not stop drinking. For him, beer is not alcohol. Separately, he has always had a cursed character, I don't know if it's from alcohol or it's just that. Rejoice that yours is peaceful and does not cause problems. I don't know how to help an alcoholic who thinks he has no problem.
