I've been under a lot of stress lately, and as I ate 5-6 times a day, I started eating twice. A lot of changes happened and just when that happened I was ovulating. I had ovulated, but the previous month came 3 days late. At the moment I have pain in the ovaries, lower back and my head hurts. In general, I'm quite weak, I read somewhere that it could be from this. I will be happy if you share an answer.
