Is It Infidelity?

The Story

First - I apologize for the banal question! Secondly, it will not be the usual, rather by asking, I hope to provoke a discussion about my problems and to come to some conclusions together. It's about me and my wife, of course. No one has actually cheated on the other (I hope!). I have written in other topics our background, but in short, we have been married for 2 years with a baby, we understand each other perfectly, as a well-oiled machine we work together to live normally and raise a good child. The only problem we have both registered is that we are not sexually intimate with each other, or if we are extremely rare. We talked about the topic, there is a slight improvement, but for people aged 25, sex twice a year is not very normal. However, we are trying to work together on this issue. Now on to the main issue, I will ask it from two points of view. First of all: a few months ago, I found out that she had written to her ex-boyfriend to tell him that she had dreamed of him. Then we talked because I was sick, she admitted that she was wrong and we closed this topic. But I soon learned from her friend that she had told her that she had dreamed of him again, that she had been reminded lately of the years with him and things like that. I got a little sick again, but this time I didn't talk to her because I don't think she did anything wrong, just some thoughts flying through her head, which because of the boring family life we lead, I guess they are normal to appear.

So my question here is: Can this be called Infidelity in any way? From my point of view: I have no thoughts of exes, I just forgot them, they are not interesting to me, and I do not remember them. I have another problem, maybe because of the lack of sex and intimacy, but more and more often I pay attention to women who seem attractive to me. I mean the simplest gaze, I don't take more serious action because I think it's wrong, but I can't control my gaze, I just notice them and I remember for a while when I was a bachelor, how nothing stopped me from taking them. talking for example. So the second reference to my question is here: Is this infidelity? Which do you think is more wrong? Just for the record, let me note that I am against infidelity, but I know that no one is insured. I hope to have a good discussion between mature and experienced people, as I have noticed that there is here! Nice day! I don't take more serious action because I think it's wrong, but I can't control my gaze, I just notice them and I remember for a while when I was a bachelor, how nothing stopped me from talking about them, for example.
