Your idea is very romantic, but it is very possible that it will not turn out exactly as you imagine it. It is possible that the day you go, your girlfriend is at work / school / lectures, she has arranged appointments or manicure classes or something else. These surprise visits are nice, but you need to be very aware of her schedule so that you don't end up wasting your time. The idea of a musical surprise is also nice, but you miss the neighbors factor. Even if your girlfriend feels like the heroine of a romantic movie, this will certainly not apply to the retired neighbor on the first floor, who at that time wants to rest, or to a neighbor - a new mother who has just put her newborn to sleep. Personally, as a woman, I don't want serenades on the street at all. I'm just worried that the noise would irritate all my neighbors and then I would have to apologize to them that someone loved me and wanted to make me happy. It's a nasty job, really.

Do you moan to go at the wrong time and be surprised in the end?
